Natz Ti Ha means 'by the water' in Mayan, and describes the condo complex perfectly! This privately-owned, two bedroom, two bathroom condo built in Mediterranean-style is just steps from the ocean. The pool is fabulous, and there is a roof-top deck open for all guests. Enjoy your margarita as you watch the lights of Cozumel twinkle on the horizon, or get together with your family and friends while you barbecue from the grill located on the roof-top with its fantastic view.

The impressive landscaping around Natz Ti Ha Condominiums takes full advantage of abundant native flowering plants. Natural pathways wind under the shade of palm trees and lead to the large 19 by 4 meter swimming pool, which Condo de Jardin looks over! At night strategically placed lighting highlights the garden and pool area giving it a special intimate feeling, not usually found in a condominium setting. Stone waterfalls run throughout the gardens, serenity at it's best!

Good internet, AC worked well and kept the space very comfortable. The host was very helpful and the property manager was responsive when there was a problem with the dryer.

Excellent location, peaceful sanctuary.

We spent a month at Natz Ti Ha and really enjoyed it! Close enough to all the fun restaurants on Calle 38 and Avenida La Quinta but far enough away from all the crowds, noise, and hustle bustle. The condo unit is very comfortable with a full kitchen.

Love this condo and complex!

We have stayed here twice now and both the owners and the staff at Natz ti Ha couldn't be more accommodating and friendly. Everything is clean, comfortable, safe and very affordable. I love being so close to the beach and to 5th Ave. Because it is located on the north end of Playa, it is quieter and feels more private.

Close to the beach!

We had a lovely stay, close to everything in Playa! Great restaurants and 5th Avenue are a short walk away. Glenda's unit is equipped with everything you could possibly want for cooking (although we didn't!) and enjoying the beach (which is right there!) Our group of two couples had plenty of space for all of us hanging out together during the 1-2 rainy mornings during our stay, and all the furniture in the condo is super comfy. We will definitely be back again!

Loved it!!

It was a fabulous 10 day stay. The condo is extremely well equipped and so close to the beach and 5th avenue!!!! Aside from a few rainy days, everything was perfect and just as describe on your vrbo site. We are trying to schedule dates to return next year...thanks again!!

A fantastic place in Playa del Carmen!

We were looking to get away a bit from the city and found just the perfect place! The owners provided us with lots of good information on the area and the condo was so clean, comfortable and close to everything, including the beach! You've done a beautiful job decorating and we felt very much at home there. You have a terrific place and your attention to details for weary travelers were much appreciated. Thank you for sharing your home with us... we will be back!

Great location - Next to 5th Ave, beach and several restaurants

Enjoyed the stay. Gated/secure property with pool, independent apartment, nicely maintained with all amenities. Kids enjoyed pool on site; Right next to beach; Several food options at stones throw; Very safe neighborhood; Grocery store (Selecto Super) couple of blocks away; Large apartment with 2 rooms - 1 kind bed in one and 2 single beds in another; 2 full bathrooms. fully equipped kitchen. added bonus - beach chairs + umbrella etc are available; a mini safe is there as well. Most importantly, Trevor (onsite manager/contact) is very helpful and friendly Will visit/book this property again in our future visit(s).

Great location. Felt safe and close to all the shopping and restaurants. The condo needs some updated kitchen items. Close to beach but unfortunately the beach was awful. Full of seaweed and limited public space. Smelled bad. You can't see the ocean from the condo.

(Unfortunately, Mother Nature sometimes chooses not to cooperate.) Condo items are refreshed frequently, but on occasion, updating is limited to availability in Mexico.

Love it..what a piece of paradise!

Being a flight attendant, I travel ALL over the world and just wanted to say that this was the most relaxing vacation that I have ever had in Mexico. The condo was fully equipped should we want to eat in... chose most nights to eat out...great location ..close to 5th avenue.. Miguel is the best, and just love the resident watch dog...the pool is fabulous...soooo close to the beach! Saludos... Hoping to come back soon...versus Kim's home where it was -17 when She arrived back home in Williams Lake.... Kathryn & Kim

Everything great at Natz ti Ha

This is a great condo! It starts with the owner, who was great at communicating promptly. The condo (gated) is steps away from the beach, 5th ave., and walking distance to some excellent restaurants. The condo is on the second floor. Elevators are not available. Not to worry—We were greeted by two employees who carried our suitcases to our room. We have been to Playa del Carmen numerous times. This is now our favorite place to stay.

Great condo, excellent location!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was roomy, clean, comfortable, well-equipped and in a great location. Did I mention the great location -- so close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops! We met a lot of great people at the beautiful pool. The master bedroom faces the inner courtyard, and we enjoyed sleeping with the glass doors open. We also enjoyed watching a meteor shower and stargazing from the rooftop. It was a treat to have a maid clean the condo mid-week. Don't hesitate to book this great place!!! If you do stay and you enjoy seafood, be sure to eat at El Guero (one block away). We went back 3 times...and I ordered the ceviche all 3 times, it was that good!

2nd Time Around

I rented this condo approximately three years ago and enjoyed it so much that I was happy to be back enjoying the condo and all it had to offer including a full kitchen, wonderful view from the living room over the pool where we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and a cocktail before bed at night. The condo is in an excellent location - including the beach where we enjoyed renting the chairs, and massages on the beach, to the close proximity of the dozens of excellent restaurants as well as 5th Avenue. Was happy to see that Chapparo, the mascot dog, was still around and I agree that the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to return.

Spacious and great location

The condo is literally steps away from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood at the end of 5th avenue. It’s a very long walk to the Ferry but conveniently located next to several shops and tour bus pick up/drop off spots. The condo grounds are very clean and well kept. The pool is refreshing if you don’t want to deal with crowded beaches or sand everywhere and we enjoyed lounging on the rooftop terrace. The owner is friendly and quick to respond. My only complaint would be that the beds are extremely firm and the master bedroom doesn’t have A/C so it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. Overall an awesome property to vacation in and I would consider staying here again.

Thank you for your review! The condo has central air conditioning, so unsure why the master bedroom wasn’t cooling down. It is serviced regularly, and had I known of the issue, would have sent our property manager over to check it out. He has since confirmed it is working fine. The king size mattress was replaced just over a year ago, with a pillowtop. When the time comes to replace the twin mattresses, we’ll look at mid-range, between plush & firm, so thanks for your feedback. Nice that you enjoyed the condo, pool, beach, gardens and rooftop. Come back any time!

Amazing location and hospitality

The location of this property is fantastic. We checked in late and still had someone help us with our bags to our room. The community is gated, but the area is very clean and safe. All the restaurants and the main strip are so close to the property. Essentially you can walk everywhere. The larger grocery store for shopping is a bit of a hike. But doable. The property itself was perfect. New showerheads with great water pressure. Kitchen with all the necessities to be able to cook breakfast lunch and dinner! Contact with the owner was top-notch. She was very responsive and it was never hard to get in touch with her. We will definitely be coming back to stay again.

Upon entering the condo we all thought it reflected the area, we loved the homey feel as well of the quaint decor. We did have a fabulous time downtown and at the beach club,where Juan took great care of us, the massages were wonderful at Encanto Beach Club Our second day didn't go as well ... after a long day we came home to a flooded unit, but thanks to our host and property manager we got it handled. But one of the frayed cords in the guest room delivered pretty good shock to one of my guests. I would recommend gfci electrical sockets. Probaly should let the the guests know to only fill washer half full, until it gets replaced. Other than a few small hiccup s we had a wonderful time. The unit and kitchen were stocked well. Just need to get the oven fixed. We loved the residents,except for one grumpy neighbor ..... lol The gardens were lovely, we will be back to Playa for sure.

Amazing vacations

Thank you Glenda for the wonderful place. The appartement was clean, well ventilated. Access to wifi was easy and teen enjoyed having access to Netflix for those relaxing moments in the condo. I was happy with all the beach supplies they provided to us. Beach chairs, umbrella and some inflatable toys. I loved sitting in the shaded balcony after a long day at the beach. I could enjoy the tropical trees and the sounds of the birds. The access to the roof top was great for early morning sunrise. People are more than welcoming at the pool. We were close from the beach. There is a beach club close playing loud music, but personally, when I was outside it was making my stay more entertaining. Once in the condo, we don't hear anything. We were also close from the 5th ave but not the crowdest part of this street which make it more enjoyable for use to walk on everyday. Location was perfect for us. It's really well isolated. Big mention to Glenda (the owner) who managed to get us having the condo one day earlier because of my flight mistake. She answered quick to my request made not even a week before our arrival and she made it work for us. She's been fast responding every time i contacted her. Thank you very much ! The Heart of Playa

Nice property in a gaurded and gated community. Inside the gates tropical well kept gardens and large swimming pool. Outside the property, just footsteps to many restaurants and 5th Avenue shopping and Coco Beach. The property was very functional for short or long term stays, well appointed and comfortable. A lovely destination.

Natz ti Ha is quaint and a perfect location. Unfortunately the weeds Are a deterrent and the construction of condos surrounding It will keep us from returning. We are also unhappy with the locals setting up umbrellas and chairs All along the beach. Playa has grown too much.

Natz ti Ha is indeed a perfect location. The architecture style, (unique to the area), the lush tropical gardens, and close proximity to the beach, make it a true gem in Playa Del Carmen! I am also certain that our friendly staff were helpful during your stay. As for the points totally out of our control: The government has been routinely maintaining the beaches and installing barriers for the weeds, that are driven by the tides. Growth and construction can not be stopped, and the locals too, are just enjoying the beach, with some attempting to earn a livelihood. While Playa is no longer a sleepy fishing village, I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay at our condo, and thank you for your review.

Fantastic property in perfect location

We stayed at the condo for 1 week and the unit was perfect for our family. It was very spacious, super clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was in a perfect part of town. Close to all the amenities and just far enough for the tranquility we were looking for. Would highly recommend this unit for anyone. Glenda was very helpful with all our needs and provided us with plenty of information about the area, restaurants, and things to do. Would definitely rent again if we go back to Playa.

Fabulous

We stayed at unit B 201 The unit was so spacious and spotlessly clean 2 very large bedrooms and bathrooms with laundry .in one The charming kitchen overlooked a very comfortable living room There was a large refreshing pool to cool off And steps from the beach Also just around the block from all the fun on 5th ave Glenda was so friendly and helpful We would go back in a heartbeat

Friends for 25 years the 4 of us had travelled together on many occasions. Investing together in this condo was a great decision. Each of us brings a little something different to the ownership. An avid gardener in the mix makes our tropical plants and greenery outstanding! A financial background helps keep the checks & balances in order.

After falling in love with Playa back in 1991 we always came to vacation once or twice a year. While on vacation in 2006 we decided to look into investing in a vacation home. A growing Playa led us to the North end.....underdeveloped back then but the best beaches and a quieter part of town! Natz ti Ha was the most beautiful complex we had ever seen, Mediterranean Style, only 36 units and a pool and gardens second to none! This led us to the purchase of our own piece of paradise. Over ten years later we all are thrilled that we bought and we love to enjoy the condo when we can. When not there we love to share our home with other travellers that are looking for a comfortable condo.
Everything you would need or want in your own home is there for your use.

Of course the look of the complex was the 1st reason but once we walked into unit B 201 we loved the murals on both bedroom walls and the clean look about this unit. We get the most comments on our master bedroom wall.
