This condo has everything that you would dream about for a perfect vacation! Our guests usually book their next vacation with us before they leave. The loft is in the second bedroom. It's perfect for a child. The second bedroom has 2 twins that can convert to a king bed if desired.

We stayed in the two bedroom unit for a week in early April. The unit is as pictured and fully equipped with everything you will need. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony furniture could have been more pleasant to sit on. Bob and Elva were very good at responding to emails and providing information. The beach is beautiful. Check in is a little confusing and you have to go off site. Santos, with the management company, is helpful and friendly. The on-site staff is very professional. They arranged a chef to come to our unit to prepare a meal. I highly recommend using this service. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of left-overs for lunches. The swim up bar is an added plus, and the bartender is pleasant to chat with. Bob recommended the Indian restaurant around the corner. We are glad he did. The food was amazing, and the owner is a charm. We have been going to Playa a couple of times a year since 2006. We have loved staying on the stretch of beach between the ferry docks. However, we saw that they now have hideous industrial buoys in the water on that stretch of beach. I couldn’t imagine looking at that all day. I was sad to see the area is being ruined by ugly buoys and beach clubs. It has lost its charm. I think Xaman Ha is our new home when we bring the kids down and maybe even when we don't. ;)

thanks for your feedback, Raeshell!! I am so glad that you had an awesome stay and are looking forward to your next stay in Xaman Ha #7102. Remember we have a 3 bedroom also, #7201 if your group is larger. Our beach is the best!! Yes, sadly the beach between the two piers north of us and away from us is not what it used to me!. Bob and I will be in Playa in June and our first order of business is finding more comfortable patio furniture! We have the bistro height table and chairs and they are functional and allow you to enjoy the view without the rail being in your line of sight. What do you suggest? We could do a sofa or club chairs but they would not be high enough to see over the railing:( I really do value your input! Yes, I am speaking to my management company today to change the check-in protocol! It doesn't make any sense to check-in off site!

We are walking distance from our famous 5th Avenue! You have the advantage of being in a gated, oceanfront community and yet 2 blocks away from restaurants, shops and night life. You can see the ferry to Cozumel from your balcony.

Heaven on Earth!

The condo was beautiful and in the best location to all of the attractions in Playa Del Carmen. Minutes away from the ferry to Cozumel. The view from our patio was incredible and the office staff, Olivia and Maru, made our stay more enjoyable with their advice on local places to visit. My favorite place for b-fast was Case Sofia.... within walking distance from the condo. Thank you Elva for renting a beautiful condo to us and thank you for your hospitality. I will definitely return and I would recommend this beautful condo to anyone wanting a beach condo that is walking distance to all the stores, gift shops, restaurants and bars.

Awesome property, Great Location, Will Definitely Return!!

My husband and I recently stayed in this 2 bedroom condo and it couldn't have been any better! It is centrally located within walking distance of 5th Ave and downtown, the ferry, shopping, etc. With its own private beach and beautifully kept grounds it was amazing! We are so glad we made the decision to stay clear of the large resorts to stay here and will definitely return (hopefully every year)!

Highly recommend Xaman Ha

We just returned from a great stay in 7102. The pictures of this condo and property were accurate. All very clean with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Pool is heated and not too busy. We never found the need to get up at dawn to save chairs! Ocean view is spectacular. Deck comfortably seats 4 with high top table and 4 chairs as well as small sete for 2.

There is an easy walk to 5th Ave. we enjoyed awesome meals at La Famiglia, NAU, Don Chendo and La Casa de Agua

Awesome Experience!!

This was an awesome experience for us and our kids. My son proposed to his girlfriend right on the beach!! Elva and her people took care of us right from the get go. She contacted me as soon as she got me message that we wanted to stay there. The entire stay was top notch. We will be staying at her place from here on out because of our experience. I surely recommend it to any and every one who wants to stay at a beautiful condo right on the beach. Her place was as advertised. Thanks so much Elva!!!

Love this Condo

Everything is as described, large spacious condo with great views. The location couldn't be better, you can walk out right to a taxi center and convenience store. The maid service every other day is very helpful too. Highly recommended!

A little slice of Heaven

Our 7th year coming to this fabulous condo in beautiful Playa! Five girls stayed in the 3bdrm condo and it's always a sight for sore eyes as we walk in. Updated appliances..beautifully done showers & the view is amazing as always. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and we could easily and comfortably add another 2-3. Which we've done in the past and it just adds to the coziness of the vacation:) Housekeeping comes regularly and they give the place a refresher while we're at the pool with THE coolest bartender named Robin. He's been here as long as we've been coming and he's wonderful. He's a split down the middle Seahawks/Patriots fan and he loves memorabilia. Thank you Elva and Bob for giving us girls a fantastic week!!
