Everything was wonderful. Very clean and was stocked well. Clean Sheets and towels. Only complaint was the ceiling fan in master bedroom is very noisy. Needs to be adjusted or refitted to ceiling. Otherwise, will definitely visit again!

From the moment we entered the condo, it was obvious that Stay Better Vacation staff had been there. To arrive after a long day of travel to soft music playing and lights on was a welcoming touch. Any concern was addressed within an hour. We will only rent through Stay Better Vacations when we return to Amelia Island.

We missed a busy spring break week and enjoyed a relaxing 5 nights in this 2 br condo. The kitchen was supplied with all of the basics to breakfast and lunch in and we could toss in a load of laundry each day, which is a must for me. The unit itself is older with updates to kitchen, bathrooms, and furniture. It does have the odor of an older unit, but that was not noticeable after a couple of days. We love being right on the beach, and this unit had erything we needed for a comfortable stay. No rowdy neighbors! Bring your own beach gear. The storage closet is stocked with rusted , sandy furniture and umbrellas beyond use. They should be tossed.updates

Lovely Stay

We had a great stay overall. The condo was nicely redone and having a washer and dryer was so nice. The kitchen had most everything we needed. We loved the huge porch overlooking the ocean! It was so nice to have the bunk beds as well as another bed in the guest room as well. The elevator closest to our place was broken the whole stay but it seemed they were working on it the day we left. Our internet went out for part of our stay as well. Wasn't a huge deal but if someone needed it for work, it would have been an issue! The management company was very responsive and worked hard to try and fix the issue (even on a holiday), but unfortunately it never got resolved. Overall we were very pleased with our stay, even with these two issues!
