キャビンをアフアニーと呼びます」と言うのは、グランドアワニーホテルをモチーフに設計したためですが、わずか1,250平方フィートの家と別の1,250平方フィートのデッキで、はるかに小さくなっています。 マスターベッドルームにはクイーンビーがあります。 2番目のベッドルームは巣穴で、クイーンベッドとクイーン布団があり、素晴らしい部屋にはクイーンハイドアベドがあります。 素晴らしい部屋にはソファーベッドもあり、マスタークローゼットのソファーベッド用の追加のマットレスが付いています。

The cabin was great and in a nice location. Very quiet and remote. Kitchen nicely stocked. Absolutely everything you need is here including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. My husband and I would consider staying here again. The hot tub is not operating and this should be noted on the listing.

The location is terrific and a quick drive to Yosemite Valley. There are a few gravel roads nearby to walk on, but no real trails nearby. Seems like the hot tub is not available to guests and the BBQ was without propane. But the beds were terrific and the appliances worked. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and artsy decor; very family friendly. Bring your own paper towels and napkins altho toilet paper was plentiful. Overall, we would book them again.

We loved our stay at The Ahweanee. The cabin is located in a beautiful spot with amazing views from the deck. What made our stay more special was how well it is stocked for a family with a good washer and dryer, grill, oven and a big fridge along with central cooling and wifi! All meals we cooked easily from home. We slept so well and were at Yosemite village in 15 minutes by car. Would definitely stay again.

Good location: within Yosemite but away from the crowds and, therefore, peaceful and quiet. The house appearance, outside and in, was outstanding. Immediately comfortable.

Cozy, comfy, and spacious getaway.

We had a most wonderful stay. The home had everything we needed. We will come again next year. The happy cabin was our get away but also home base for our adventures. Half Dome, Tanaya Lake, Tuolumne Meadows and Redwood Grove. The cabin's location was peaceful and serene and conveniently close to the Yosemite Valley.

Great peaceful house close to park!

It was so great to stay at this wonderful house and only have to drive about 25 minutes to Yosemite Valley! We bought all our groceries at Pioneer Market in Mariposa and cooked all meals except one with a well stocked kitchen. We also especially loved opening the glass “wall” every evening to enjoy the outdoors . We could not have asked for a better place for the 4 of us to stay!

Only 1/2 hr from village! Two private bedrooms each with a full bathroom! Large living areas that open up to a large deck! Level parking and level entry! Fully stocked kitchen! Good WiFi! Beautiful ceiling to floor wall mural of the waterfalls! There was a washer and dryer! We loved the air conditioning! This is 5 star property!

Perfect for Family trip to Yosemite

Located inside Yosemite National Park, this gem was the perfect home-base for our family getaway. Less than thirty minutes to Yosemite Valley and close to highways 41, 120, and 140 to visit nearby towns. Loved being able to come back after a day of hiking and sledding to hot showers and home cooked meals. Clean home, well-stocked kitchen with breakfast nook, lots of towels and blankets. Large great-room to hang-out as a family. Large closets to hang and stash clothing and gear. All of the comforts of home, including Roku and Wi-Fi. Sun-filled porch and large outdoor area for the kids and dog to explore. Owner an excellent communicator - provided detailed directions to reach the home (a bit off the beaten path) and checked in once to ensure everything was well. Would absolutely stay at the Ahweanie again!

Really only problem was initially had tv issues. The book says turn it on and enjoy but it wasnt quite that easy. Owner was responsive. Otherwise only problem was in the kitchen. Weirdly, there were no paper towels or sponges. Because a grocery store was more than 30 minutes away, this omission was a bit challenging. Otherwise, lovely and comfy in a great location. So nice that we didn’t have to leave and re-enter the park.

More Comfy than the "Other" Ahwahnee!

Three adults and one cat stayed here in April, threading the needle between too much snow in Yosemite and then a flooding closure. Not only did we luck out with park entry, we lucked out finding this location INSIDE the park, saving us from the drive in and waiting at the entrance kiosk every day. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard deck, cooked in the fully stocked kitchen every night, and enjoyed being able to spread out in a home instead of a cramped hotel room. And we have to admit, it was an unexpected pleasure to have great internet access inside the N.P. Our only issue during the stay was with the heat - we couldn't figure out how to turn it off, but after communicating with the owner, we simply used the circuit breaker when we'd go out during the day. Not a bad problem to have - that it warmed up unexpectedly, lol. We would definitely come back in the future.

Great home, great location, but challenges with property manager.

Overall, the home is exactly as advertised, is well stocked, and was plenty of room for my family group (4 adults 3 kids) who was visiting Yosemite for two nights. The location absolutely can't be beat, as it is located within the Yosemite Park boundary and it is just a short 15 min. drive down to Yosemite Valley. The area surrounding Foresta is very beautiful, and the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood with only a handful of other houses/camps. It was so peaceful and relaxing and there is great hiking straight from the house. The only issue with the listing was with the hot tub which was not working. This may have been a seasonal thing; however, it looked completely out of commission which was disappointing.A few issues to note. Check-in instructions came very late. Also, upon arrival the home had not been cleaned (beds were stripped, dirty bathrooms, towels/sheets needed to be watched, etc.). The property manager did reach out to explain that there was a mix up of dates with their cleaning service and did offer to have the cleaners come out the next day and also to refund the cleaning fee and half of the first night's charge. The house was cleaned the next day; however, she never followed through with the refund even after promising it again the week following our check-out and is now unresponsive to further messages. So, overall would recommend the home for a Yosemite stay, but beware of possible issues with the property management.
Just a short drive to Yosemite Valley!
Area around Foresta is very beautiful, we enjoyed morning hikes from the house.
The house is set in a quiet forested neighborhood.

This property was amazing with the exception of the cleanliness of the bathrooms and beds. When we arrived it was clear that none of the sheets had been changed (there was hair on all the pillows!) Additonally, there were hairs in the shower and on the sinks. I messaged Jessica the property manager and she said that she would provide a full refund if the cleaning fee which I appreciated, however it has now been a month since our stay and we still have not received our refund. This house has all the potential, it just needs to be properly managed.

Beautiful home and location inside Yosemite!

We spent the last 5 days at this beautiful Foresta home with 2 bedrooms -- one with a queen full size futon, and one with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Everything was as advertised. We couldn't use the hot tub as it's closed Nov-May as to avoid frozen pipes, but we would love to return again, either in winter or summer! Being 20 minutes from the Yosemite valley floor (Bridevail, etc.) was truly wonderful. We woke up to deer in our backyard twice. :)

Peaceful Sanctuary

The beautiful home is nestled in the Yosemite National Park in Foresta ( a short 25 minutes to the Yosemite Valley and Village!). My family and I had all the comforts of home! The home has gorgeous views looking out into the pine forest! All the basic necessities were provided for us; beds made up with soft linens and down blankets, bath towels and soaps for laundry, including washer and dryer! Our host, Jessica Chaney was very gracious and responded to my questions promptly! My family and I highly recommend the property for a great and memorable family vacation!

Lodging in the Valley

Perfect quiet location within the park. Easy to drive to and from and throughout the park. Views are beautiful from the rear/deck and private. Home is tastefully appointed and very cozy and homey. Only issue we had was getting spa to heat. Otherwise fabulous stay.

Great location!

Wonderful location and a nice house. Great for 4 adults and two small kids. Plenty of sleeping locations and blankets and pillows. Property was well stocked. House had a few small problems, but nothing major. Hot tub was locked.

Wonderful!

This is a beautiful home in a great location. The home is cozy and has everything you need, while the large deck is great for dinners and star gazing. We loved the window wall. We initially had a bit of trouble getting in touch with the property owner/manager to get answers to a couple of questions we had, but once we were put in touch they were very kind and helpful. We were disappointed to learn that the hot tub is not usable, but we enjoyed our stay regardless.

Perfect Yosemite getaway

This place is perfectly located for a visit in Yosemite! We were in the valley within 20 minutes and we loved that we could get away from the crowds easily. The house was perfect for two couples. It was comfortable and unlike many rentals we've stayed in, this place was well stocked with everything we needed. If I had one wish, it would be that the hot tub needs to be turned up higher. It's currently maxed at 100 and having a spa of my own, 103 is optimal especially after a 16-mile hike in Yosemite. Other than that, this place has everything we wanted/needed. We'll definitely come back!

Great location and comfortable but some issues

We had a good stay here once we were able to get into the house--the message we received with check-in information provided both the wrong house number and wrong door code. We could not reach the property manager to get the correct code (granted, we arrived at around 11pm and VRBO was able to eventually reach them), but fortunately we guessed the correct code. The wifi also went out completely 2 days into our stay. The house did have everything we needed and proximity to the valley was great.
