Located in Carolina Place, the cottage is on a peaceful, tree-lined street, with convenient access to anywhere you want to be! Walkable (16 blocks) to the historic downtown riverfront, 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, and 10 minutes to UNCW.
Fully renovated, clean + modern, sitting directly across the street from Wallace Park. You'll have premiere front porch views + access to the perfect dog and family playground.

Located in Carolina Place, our cottage is perfectly situated with convenient access to anywhere you want to be! Walkable (16 blocks) to the historic downtown riverfront, 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, 10 minutes to UNCW. The front porch affords unobstructed long views of Wallace park with tons of open space for your pups to run and play while families can swing and slide at the playground. Regardless, you will enjoy the peaceful porch views all year round. Enjoy the fully fenced, private backyard to relax with a favorite beverage beside the cozy fire pit.
The interior has been completely remodeled. Fully equipped kitchen, fresh paint, new bathroom with walk in shower, rainforest shower head, on demand water heater and plush towels and linens.
High speed internet and smart TV's will keep you connected to work or your favorite sports and binge watching. Whether you choose to explore some of our fantastic restaurants or just relax and enjoy the neighborhood, you'll have everything needed to prepare your favorite meals.
Coffeemaker and grinder (Keurig available upon request)
Propane grill and outdoor seating offers Al fresco dining year round. We consider sleep while traveling a top priority so each bedroom is equipped with new, hybrid mattresses, high quality linens, a selection of pillow types and although the neighborhood is extremely quiet at night, there are white noise machines for top notch rest.
We enact strict, cleaning and sanitation practices. You can be assured everything in the home will be professionally and thoroughly cleaned and linens double washed.

Devon was a great host, he was quick and responsive. The home was nice, but the overhead light in the queen bedroom did not work and the grass was quite long. Overall it was a convenient location to everything in Wilmington.

Family vacation with dogs

We had a great time! The house was great, it had everything we needed! The washer/dryer was awesome to have especially with all our beach visits! The fenced in backyard was also so nice to have for our dogs! Overall it is a great place and we hope to come back!

convenient and cozy

This property was in a convenient location, and was close to all the staples in Wilmington. It was the perfect size. Decorated nicely, and clean upon arrival.

A Second Chance Is Unlikely

The house smelled like mildew throughout. The front patio chair cushions had stains on them and the little table hadn't been cleaned in forever. When I lifted the cushions figuring that I would just sit on the wicker, the chair was covered with leaves and spiderwebs. The beige couch and chair in living room had stains all over it. I had to spread a sheet over the couch to sit on it. The freezer had not been cleaned. The outdoor grill was EXTREMELY GROSS. It had not been cleaned in a very long time. There was a Combat (Roach/Mouse, unsure which one) left on the kitchen counter. The living room floor is sinking in one area. The house appeared to be clean and the bedsheets fresh. (I travel with my own sheets, although my daughter slept on those provided). I tend never to say never, so I'll just say that it is extremely unlikely that I would rent this place again.
