After a fun and sun baked day at the beach, cap off a perfect day with family and friends spending time in the private pool, watching TV, sharing stories around the fire pit, playing video games, board games, cornhole, or ping pong. With four TV rooms, the video gamers can get loud and rowdy, the younger kids can watch their favorite animated movie, while the adults talk in the pool with outdoor TV and sound system. If good humored competition is fun for your group, pick your teams and show your skills playing pool, corn hole, or ping pong. A spacious park and large pond across the street from the front door allows opportunity for fishing, kayaking, soft ball, golf chipping, ultimate frisbee, picnics, and many other yard games. Three of the five rooms feature queen beds and bunk beds. This flexibility allows for kids to be grouped into several rooms, while couples can enjoy their privacy. No kids? No problem. Up to five couples can have their own private room and queen size bed. To keep the vacation eating and drinking in check, a fitness center is just what the doctor ordered. Featuring a Peloton stationary bike, Bowflex universal gym, free weights, rubber matted floors for calisthenics, ab balls, jump ropes, and more! Need a break from the sun and beach for a day? Enjoy a day exploring Mobile bay activities like Fairhope Pier, walking the green belt along the shore of Mobile bay, good food and shopping in Fairhope, take the kids to alligator park, take the history buffs to USS Alabama or Blakley Civil War State Park, enjoy the artistic flair and antiques in downtown Fairhope, view the latest technology stealth battleship built by Austal from the Mobile side of Mobile bay, cap the day off with our world famous sunset over Mobile Bay! Plenty of room for our group of sixteen. The house was clean. The pool was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. A ten minute drive to Fairhope, even less to grocery stores. Check out wasn’t a hassle.

Fall Golf Trip

12 male golfers over 50 embarked on our annual golf trip to Fairhope, AL. The venue was perfect, amd James was very responsive through the entire process, stsrt to finish.

A Unique and Fun Experience

We had an amazing stay at the Daphne property. The home was much more spacious than the pictures gave credit for. There was a huge back yard. We had 17 family members and there was plenty of beds and sleeping areas to accomodate this. The home had all the ammenities we could ask for. The neighborhood was beautiful and the pond right across the street was easy access and a lot of fun for the whole family. We definitely will be coming back to this hidden gem. The drive to the beach was the only issue we had. To get to a good public beach it was about an hour drive. There was a closer one that was on the bay and that was about 20 minutes away. Plenty of shade and privacy for our little dog that we brought with us. The host always responded quickly to any questions I had. The internet was great at the home and the kids had a lot of fun playing video games and using the pool table. The pool outside was also nice and cool to deter the sweltering heat of July temps. Overall I give this a five star review and definitely will be coming back next summer.
