This house was perfect for our quick vacation getaway. It is roomy to fit all guests comfortably and super close to the beach. What a charming little house in the best location!

The property was perfect. Very clean and accommodating. If we don’t collect more people for the SeaWitch festival ( every year we do) we will be booking this property again! Thank you for a great weekend.

Beautiful clean house.

Beautiful clean house. Very comfortable. Great location quick walk to beach restaurants and boardwalk. Only 2 small issues.. grill did not get hot and we were unable to locate a recycling bin. We had a great week

Kitchen worked well except for the sink faucet. I would have appreciated pillows and blankets. Also starter items like toilet paper and soap/shampoo minis.

We were disappointed in this rental. Loved the location but we would not rent this house again. At the beginning of the season the AC should not have been an issue - both upstairs and downstairs. Microwave was difficult to operate - no manual. Washing machine had mold. Little things just interrupted our stay. CB did respond to these issues and helped. We also were told the AC people would come on Wednesday and no show. When checking with CB the owner changed the appt. to Friday but did not inform anyone. Not good PR.
