This unit is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the AC works great, the unit had top-notch furnishings, including large tvs, and the master shower was wonderful! Of course, the balcony was our favorite spot. The views were breathtaking, and the tall patio chairs were perfect! Communication was great; the unit owner was very clear and communicative. We also enjoyed the Sugar Beach Condo complex. The grounds were beautiful, lots of green areas for our dog to explore, and the pond was full of turtles and a resident Great Blue Heron. The area was great as well with several restaurants across the street. The Big Easy was a favorite. We will definitely be return tenants!

Greatly enjoyed this condo and would greatly recommend staying here to family and friends. Owners reached out before stay and made sure we were ready for our vacation. Great spot right on the beach. Quick access to the beach, pool and ping pong tables. The room is open and the air conditioning and fans keep it feeling amazing. We cooked breakfast several days utilizing the provided kitchen pans/utensils. We did not need a thing because this place is very well stocked. Our family of enjoyed themselves and of course everyone had to check out the double shower head in the master bath.

We are personable and transparent about everything associated with the property. We understand going into something unknown. Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because of the low density it brings. It is a well kept secret that we had never heard of until our search for purchase. There are so many activities within walking distance and peace within the gated community. The buildings are only three stories tall. Please note that there are not any elevators, you will climb 21 steps to reach our unit. You will receive personal communication from us prior to your travel with many details of the property. Keep in mind that one of the messages with be a link to our association where you register your vehicle for $37 per during your stay. If you are traveling with an approved pet, there is also a fee to the association of $80 for 3 nights or less or $150 for 4 nights or more. You will be asked to provide vet records of you friend also.

Our property is surrounded by so many wonderful activities to meet the needs and desires of all people. You can go outside of the complex to a busy environment or stay within the complex for peace and quite. It is very safe and family oriented.
