GOLF MEMBERSHIP - With membership you will have access to the golf, tennis, pickle-ball, gyms, restaurant, Tiki bar, all pools and all sports activities (Zumba classes, aqua aerobic, tennis and golf classes…) + car sticker for easier entrance through gate. Extra charge for Golf fee for each golf round (price is by the season) and classes tennis, golf, joga, .... Fee $573 is per stay and family (parents with kids under 21y old) and is not included in the rental rate.
Pet friendly property. A $150 per stay fee would be inccurred for guest with pets.
Non smoking.
Renters are asked to spend a minimum of $100/month in the Club Restaurant and/or Pool Tiki Bar. This minimum applies to food purchases only, does not include beverages of any kind or gratuity.

Reservation must be carried out minimum 15 days before tenant arriving, it are our area rules. We have to prepare Lease agreement and other documents for association. You can ask for an exception, if will be possible.
