**Sleeping arrangements**

The master bedroom offers a king‑size bed and a private ensuite bathroom, perfect for a restful night. Upstairs, bedroom 3 features another king‑size bed, while bedroom 2 is equipped with a bunk bed (twin over full + trundle) that shares a full‑size bathroom with the other upstairs room. All three bedrooms are spacious and family‑friendly.



**Living area**

A large living area provides ample space for the whole group to gather, watch movies, or play games. Adjacent to the living room, a small patio with outdoor seating for two lets you enjoy a quiet moment outdoors.



**Kitchen & dining**

Conveniently situated in Davenport, you’re a short drive from Disney World and other major Orlando attractions, just off I‑4 and I‑192. The Orlando Airport is about 40 minutes away, making arrivals and departures straightforward.

A free washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Please note the mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, for up to 10 guests. The resort will provide a maximum of 10 wristbands at guest services.

Guest Access:

IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
