Inside, the townhome opens to a spacious living area where you can unwind after a day of Orlando adventures, while the gentle hum of the nearby lazy river adds a soothing backdrop. The blend of comfortable furnishings and thoughtful details invites you to settle in and feel at home from the moment you arrive.



Sleeping arrangements

The ground‑floor master bedroom features a king‑size bed and an ensuite bathroom, offering a private retreat. Upstairs, one bedroom houses a bunk configuration with a twin over a full bed plus a trundle bed, perfect for kids or extra guests. The third bedroom also includes a king‑size bed. Two full‑size bathrooms serve the upstairs sleeping spaces, ensuring everyone has ample privacy.



Living spaces

A large living room provides plenty of room for gathering, with a TV and comfortable seating for movie nights or game evenings. Adjacent is a dining area for shared meals, and a cozy breakfast nook in the kitchen invites casual coffee moments. Step from the living room onto the small patio, which seats two and offers a quiet outdoor spot. A free washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with the essentials: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and basic cookware. An indoor dining table accommodates group meals, while the breakfast nook offers a relaxed setting for quick bites.

As a guest of the gated Regal Palms Resort & Spa, you gain access to a vibrant amenity center. Dive into the pool with a slide, float along the lazy river, or work out in the gym. Free on‑site and street parking are available for your convenience.



Comfort & conveniences

The home is climate‑controlled with air conditioning and heating, and stays connected with reliable Wi‑Fi and a dedicated workspace. Safety essentials include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first‑aid kit. Bed linens, bathroom essentials, hangers, and an iron are provided, and a private entrance with smart‑lock self check‑in lets you arrive on your schedule.

Regal Palms sits near the Highlands Reserve Golf Club and is a short drive from Disney World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions. Easy access to I‑4 and I‑192 makes exploring the region straightforward while the community’s quiet setting offers a restful retreat.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities.

Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
