Welcome to our Avila Beach condo. This luxury unit offers a relaxing and comfortable getaway in the warm, eternally sunny beach community of Avila. Our three-story Avila condo is only steps away from the beach, with ocean views from our rooftop deck. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting at our large private deck off the main floor, and relax at night around our deck firepit. Here, you wake up and go to sleep to the soothing sounds of ocean waves.

Situated within a private, gated complex and off the main street, this town-house style unit has two bedrooms (one king-size bed in the master bedroom off the main floor, and a full/twin combo bunk bed with twin size pull out trundle in 2nd bedroom). The master bathroom has a walk in shower, and the downstairs bathroom has a shower/bath combination with private vanity sinks in dressing area. It can comfortably sleep 5-6, but best accommodates two couples or one family. It is completely furnished and includes three flat-screen televisions, a stocked kitchen, Viking appliances, high-speed wireless internet, satellite tv, and quality bed linens and towels.

Our bi-level rooftop deck is complete with a built in stainless steel barbecue and counter top, mini-fridge, and sink for dinners. There is a table for six, as well as a viewing/seating area to enjoy those spectacular Avila sunsets. Other amenities include a two-car garage and a washer/dryer. This condo is perfect for a relaxing, entertaining, and carefree getaway!

Located right in the heart of this quaint town, you are surrounded by delightful oceanfront restaurants, cafes, bars, and a variety of shops. There are nine local tasting rooms within walking distance of the condo. Also available are several shops for beach equipment rentals or purchases. Nearby is the Avila Golf Course, an 18 hole course that winds through the Avila canyon, crossing the San Luis Creek several times, treating you to beautiful views of the bay. There are also hiking trails, local spas and hot springs, and a locals favorite, the Bob Jones Bike Trail, that follows the San Luis creek for miles. For the children, there is a marine life museum, a children's park, and of course the beach. Beginning in the late spring/early summer, enjoy Avila's own farmer’s market held every Friday. The town offers so much for you to enjoy. You will truly cherish the memories of the time spent in our Avila community.

We are a local family from San Luis Obispo and we love getting away to our Avila condo. We enjoy surfing, kayaking, fishing, and playing on the beach when we spend time in Avila.

The town of Avila is a peaceful, quaint community that we truly enjoy spending time in. This rental is close enough to our home for a quick getaway. It is also very close to San Luis Obispo and Pismo Beach, if there is any need to travel to a larger city.

Great Thanksgiving with the family!

This is a wonderful condo with an amazingly well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for our family of four. Loved the rooftop deck with the view of the ocean. Communication with the manager was very easy and she was very prompt to answer any questions.

We will be back!

We have rented many places through VRBO and airbnb, and this was one of the best experiences we have ever had.

The owner, Nancy, discovered that there was construction taking place next to the rental that could affect our enjoyment of our stay, and she preemptively contacted us to find a mutually agreeable solution. She was extremely honest and fair, and we were quite happy with how it all turned out.

Sadly, they have lost their view of the beach, but there is still an amazing 360-degree view from the rooftop deck. We were fortunate that the workers took the weekend off, though we did meet neighbors who said that during the week, construction begins as early as 7am.

Before checking in, the property manager, Linda, reached out to us. She also called the morning after our arrival (we got in at midnight) to be sure all was well. There was also a bottle of wine waiting on the counter for us - a nice touch! Getting our Toyota Sienna in and out of the two-car garage was easy.

The place itself was awesome. Everything was immaculate and looked new, furniture and decor was comfortable, there were directions strategically placed for TVs, ceiling fans, thermostat, etc. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances worked well.

Location is excellent. It took literally less than a minute to get to the main street, and another minute to cross the street, descend the stairs, and be on the beach. We enjoyed the use of their surfboard, beach umbrella, and beach chairs. They have one standard size boogie board and a couple of small ones. I was glad that we brought our own.

Our three kids (14, 14, 11) shared the room downstairs and said the beds were comfortable. Our upstairs bed was also very comfortable. The room is not huge, but the walk in closet made up for it. The water in the upstairs shower does take a few minutes to warm up.

Family room provided plenty of room for our family of five to relax together after a long day at the beach. The fire pit was easy to use. At first, I was worried because there weren't screens on the sliding doors next to the kitchen, especially since we needed to keep everything open in the evenings due to the unusually hot weather, but we had no problems whatsoever with bugs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Avila Beach and plan to return to this rental next summer.
