This property offers ample parking with front driveway and detached 2 car garage. Large grassy space in front with towering pines and a great deck overlooking the lake and Mt. Tallac. The rear paver stone patio leads to the detached garage and separate studio. Studio is stand-alone room w/o central heat/air. 5 minute drive to Heavenly Village Gondola. Home is currently occupied. Available 12/23/2025 - come enjoy a white Christmas at Lake Tahoe!
