Golf/Water View Condo
Enjoy the amazing and stunning views from this unit as it overlooks the Palm-Aire golf course. This residence is remodeled throughout with numerous upgrades, including engineered hardwood floors and it comes furnished. It has an open kitchen and you'll love the granite countertops that complement the stainless steel appliances. The two bedrooms are beautifully-renovated as are the two baths. The Master bedroom features a spacious walk-in closet. The Palm-Aire community offers two swimming pools, one of which is location is close to this unit. Country Club membership is NOT required; however, if you wish to join, there are several membership options available for your enjoyment. Two 18-hole championship golf courses, eight tennis courts, pickleball, fitness center, an on-site restaurant, as well as many social events. Easy drive to a variety of food stores and shopping at UTC mall which is only minutes away as well as Nathan Benderson Park and numerous restaurants.
