This classic Lake Anna home (public side) will steal your heart and you'll want to keep coming back. From the spacious home w/ large great room, updated kitchen, deck off the main and main bedroom, patio w/ grilling area, hot tub, outdoor shower, huge back yard leading right to the shores of a private waterfront - this one is bound to become the one you want to keep coming back too! The dock is a wonderful gathering spot surrounded by serene waters, you'll feel like you're in your own private oasis. Lake Anna volleyball is across the waters - you'll have a front row seat to enjoy the show but with enough distance to enjoy the peaceful setting.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip all beds of sheets and pillowcases only and place them by the front door. No need to remove mattress or pillow protectors, comforters, or any extra blankets.
Please make sure the hot tub cover is on and latched. If any lake gear, games, etc. were used, kindly return them to their original storage areas.
Please bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bins next to the garage. Please make sure there’s no overflowing trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee, which does not cover any damages. NO CATS
Rental agreement and initial deposit required at time of booking
Quiet hours between 11pm-7am

Great 4th of July rental

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable. The view and the dock were great and we enjoyed the water toys. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Relaxing lake vacation.

The property was exactly as described. It was a quiet neighborhood, beautiful view of the lake with a sloping yard. The house had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The host thought of everything! Would absolutely stay again!
