1100 square foot 2 bedrooms and 2 baths fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, in gated community with access to 3 pools and 2 workout facility. Has tennis courts, a club house with a private bar. Walking trails, a dog park and access to the water.
If you're a spots fan this is the place to be. Two miles to Tropicana Field, 35 minuet drive to watch the Bucks or Lightning. And for you Yankee fans Steinbrenner Field is across the street from Raymond James stadium, home of the Bucks'. Hard to believe but there's plenty of parking. And if you are looking for a fabulous Sports Bar.... you must try Ferg's.
Waterside North at Conquina Key has a number of "low key" restaurants and bars close by. You must try THE BIG CATCH, very relaxed atmosphere on the water great food.
If you enjoy the music scene Central avenue in St. Petersburg has something for everyone. A very safe walk way with shops, restaurants and clubs, over 2 miles long with several unique museums.
Saturday morning Farmer's Market on the Harbor is a must. Great fresh food, unique prepared snacks, and entertainment.
Traveling Medical professionals, John Hopkins All Children's Hospital is less than 2 miles away.

Waterside North at Conquina key is in the heart of the St. Petersburg- Tampa area, but is very private and roomy. You can get anyway fast and easy. I looked at over 40 different locations and found Waterside North the best fit for me. And I'm so glad that's were I settled. The complex is very laid back with a slightly older population. There's plenty of room within the complex to walk around and enjoy the sights. There's just so much to do both indoors and outdoors in the St. Petersburg area, is a fabulous place for a vacation.

My daughters and I have fixed up our condo so it's comfortable and fun. The two full bathrooms are a must with daughters. The unit has a very large living room which is open and airy. The outside porch has a table and chairs where we have most of our meals while watching the wild life around our small lake.
Being Italian we love to cook so you will find the kitchen fully equipped and ready to go.
