Why Owner / Property Manager chose Saint Petersburg
We have lived in this area for 30 plus years and love it here, we find ourselves staying in the area when looking to vacation and this property has been one we frequented.
Pool / Spa
Cozy place with amazing view
I loved waking up to the waterfront view. The place is very well maintained and decorated. Had one issue with towels which was handled immediately. Had to ask for access codes within the building. Very nice owner and helpful overall! Would stay again for sure.
Cozy Condo in central location for beaches
Loved the condo. So well stocked with anything one would need. Enjoyed the fireplace, Bose speakers, nice mattress, blankets, Kerug, watching dolphins, well stocked movies, etc. (I could keep going on) Thanks for making us feel at home here. Yes the unit is small but oh so cozy! Perfect getaway for two!
As always, very enjoyable!
This is the second time staying at Ciego Bay Resort and staying in this studio! It is small but works for the two of us! Always pleasant working with Scott!
Cute Little Studio with Great View
This is an excellent property with a very responsive owner. First things first: the place is tiny, as in typical hotel room size, so set your expectations accordingly. Once inside, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the decor, which fits the setting perfectly. In an attempt to make the place a little more functional, the owner furnished it with a (very cool) pub table and a chair, as well as a standing butcher's block for extra counter space. In my view, the could have stopped at the pub table, as the other furnishings make the place tricky to navigate. Kitchen equipment is adequate, although future renters would undoubtedly be thankful if the owner added wine glasses and a corkscrew to the inventory.
Aside from the kitchen, the reason you would stay here is the balcony, which is surprisingly large relative to the unit. Well-furnished with padded rockers and a little table, it is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or sunset wine.
I would definitely stay here again, as the owner was proactive in reaching out to us upon arrival and I had the impression that he would have quickly resolved any issues that arose (none did).
Too small for a month’s stay for couple, but otherwise a good experience! Owners very responsive
The studio was very nicely decorated with a beautiful view. Much smaller then we are use to but worked fine for a short trip. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Not having a closet was the biggest downside to this studio.
