A lovely home in a beautiful location - great porch, thoughtful touches (we were able to cook very easily in the kitchen) comfortable sleep setup. Slightly confusing on the parking setup - we parked just across the street from the property but the neighbor stopped by and let us know it was theirs, so would recommend using the driveway if you're comfortable doing so!

Very cozy cabin. Liked the decor. Features were accurate as described in the listing. Enjoyed relaxing on the back deck. Trees were so beautiful. We enjoyed the Sudden Valley amenities (see their website for details). Nice to have Lake Whatcom access from the beaches of Sudden Valley. The roads of Sudden Valley are steep and depending on your chosen route to the cabin entering the driveway takes some dexterity but we got used to it very quickly. Long-term renters be prepared to pay a house cleaner every two weeks. This is in addition to the end of stay cleaning fee. She was quite pleasant and did a good job so we were thankful for her.On a clear night you can get an amazing look at the stars from the back deck and even from the skylights in the bedrooms. It is that dark in some parts of Sudden Valley. Bring a sleep mask if you are there in the summer because the skylights do an amazing job letting in the light. Thank you Dawn for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cabin.

Cozy Cabin

We loved our stay at this cozy cabin in the woods. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our multi week stay. The deck was perfect for morning coffees and the location ideal for hiking & mountain biking. We would definitely stay here again!

My stay was amazing. My grown children and I very much enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It's cozy and out of the way and quiet while still being close enough to town or everyday needs. The house was properly stocked. I would have liked to have more kitchen items but besides that everything was great
