You will love the screened in lanai for a place to have your morning tea or coffee. Many of our guests say it's such a great place to relax after being out all day. Family and pet friendly with a lovely wood privacy screen around the open air, private pool. Beyond the pool area is a spacious, fenced back yard with a big shade tree. Walking distance to Lake Juliana Boat Ramp Park. Bring your boat, fishing gear and water toys to enjoy beautiful Lake Juliana - or just walk down to the lake for a beautiful sunset! Super comfortable, with a cozy "home away from home" vibe. *Please note - There is a Ring doorbell camera that monitors the exterior of the front door and side garage door. The pool is not heated in the winter months.

Great/functional Stay

Great place to stay! It had everything we needed and was a relaxing place to come back to after a long day. The pool was great and beds were very comfortable.

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the EstablishMINT! We were in town for a baseball tournament for my son. There were 2 adults and 2 teenagers staying at the house. It had everything we needed and more. I loved the decorations in the house. The teens loved the pool and spent a good deal of time in it. We absolutely loved the layout of the house. My husband wants a house with the same floor plan for when we retire. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. There were a lot of extra things if you forgot some toiletries and such. Lots of towels. Since we were sitting out at baseball games, we were very thankful there was a small cooler to use. That was a nice surprise. We've stayed at many VRBOs and my daughter said this one was her favorite. The ONLY thing that was not great was the shower head in the master bath. The shower is small and the shower head is too high. I am 5'4" and the water was mostly hitting the wall above my head. I had to take the shower head off in order to make it work. Most restaurants that we went to were about a 15-20 minute drive. One restaurant that we ate at a few times that we loved was The Pantry Modern Diner. The food was really good, wide variety on the menu and very reasonable prices. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Love this cozy home!

Amazing home with drive near all I love it. 30 min to Orlando. 20 min to Legoland. Dead end make me safe to walk. Clean and big pool. I'll be back to stay in cozy home. Nice and welcoming people let me feel like I'm VIP person. Also parked in the garage make me dry and safe to pack my car)

Great place to stay

This home has everything you need to enjoy your time away. The host checked in a couple of times to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would stay here again.

Hi! I'm Launi. Originally from northern Minnesota, I also spent many years in Colorado before ending up in Central Florida. It is my pleasure to be able to welcome so many wonderful people into our vacation rental home. I love meeting our guests when the opportunity arises and I find it fascinating the varied reasons our guests travel to our little - but growing - town of Auburndale! My husband Joe and I live nearby and are renovating a Spanish house on Lake Juliana.

The North Auburndale Lakes District is such a convenient location for our guests. We are in close proximity to many parks and attractions but have somewhat of a rural feel at the same time.

Super clean and cozy with a beautiful design aesthetic. Guests love the pool and lanai area. After a day out at the theme parks, ball parks, beaches, lakes or just out exploring the many unique things in and around Polk County, it is a great place to come home to and just chill! Throw something on the grill, go for a swim, or just hang out in the screened in lanai. Our home is stocked with most everything you need! If you're not sure of something, please message me!
