Sheri and I are from Chicago and visited Naples with our kids in 2000 and fell in love with the area. We enjoy the beach around Naples Pier because of the convenient facilities (bathrooms, showers and fresh water) and love heading to Marco Island for sunsets and dinners. We purchased a condo in 2022 and this fulltime rental property in early 2024.

We the love the proximity to Downtown Naples and Marco Island. And enjoy riding our bikes around all the different neighborhoods in the area. Also super close to East Naples Pickleball Courts.
