Wow, what a beautiful villa! Prior to arrival, we received both text and email instructions for a smooth check-in process. And we were even allowed to check in ahead of schedule. The facilities exceeded our expectations, with unexpected amenities and a luxurious environment. The entire family was shocked by the beauty, and appreciative of the opportunity to call this space 'home' for a few days.

Gorgeous property and so much space!

We were a group of 10 friends staying here for a weekend and it was so incredibly lovely. The house is beautiful, huge and well-stocked. It has everything you need! Views are gorgeous and we loved our time there. Property manager was responsive to a few questions and small things that came up while we were there. Location is perfect.

Amazing Stay!

This has been my favorite vacation rental experience. Ever. The photos do not do the house justice. It is beautiful and wonderfully comfortable. The yard and surrounding area are extremely serene, and the pool table room offered us hours of fun. The bedrooms are all spacious, with large, comfy beds. And there are plenty of bathrooms for getting ready. The kitchen is well-equipped and stocked, so preparing meals is hassle-free. The house is close to wineries and tasting rooms, making ordering a ride share to pick you up and drop you off easy. Overall, this is a great stay for a large group. It checks all of the boxes.

We stayed as a group of 12 in the Villa for 5-nights. Overall the main house is spacious, well decorated, and the kitchen is well equipped. A few issues we faced; - one bedroom light, vent (and TV on the last day) went on by itelsef at night periodically so guests had to keep getting up to turn off. They did not sleep well at all. - there were ants in the bathroom and dining table areas. House needs pest control. - it was not clear to us from the description that one bedroom is in an outhouse - that came as a surprise - there is no BBQ grill as stated in the description, there is a smoker

Lovely in many ways, lacking in some critical ones

The house is huge! Darling property with gorgeous views. The main areas are nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable, nice linens. The towels are plush. However: In two places in the listing it mentions a/c. 2 family members are sensitive to heat, I was careful to only look at properties that listed a/c. The day we arrived was 90+. The thermostats in the rooms control heat only. There is a single wall a/c unit in one upstairs bedroom (not even the large suite) and one downstairs bedroom. Given that the house is over 5000 ft.², This was equivalent to having the house have no air-conditioning. It seems disingenuous to list a/c The property “sleeps 12” but has only five beds. We assumed there would be a pullout couch or at least two sofas of adequate length that an adult could fit on them. Not so. We did find was a kid sized mattress tucked into a hall closet. We had intended to cook for 8-12 each night. Given that it sleeps 12 we assumed there would be enough tableware / cooking supplies to prepare for that size crowd. There are exactly 12 Each plates, Bowls, Mugs. 8 wine glasses. The cookware is sparse and poorly organized. 1 large and 1 small pan. Etc. We had to get our own things to make it through the weekend and ferry stuff back and forth from a friends house nearby. There’s no manual / info book to explain things. The outside lights were out of order and its DARK. Suite bathroom outdated and partially functioning. Slow and partial responses to concerns.
