We manage over 150 properties and are great combination of size but boutique attention to detail with local ground-crew and knowledgeable Charleston-based hosts.

Absolutely horrible! Do not book!!

My family and I drove 9 hrs to this property after booking it through VRBO. The booking was confirmed, however when we arrived someone else was staying there! It took the host more than an hour to reach (they ghosted us 2 hrs before we arrived) and she was unhelpful. Then it took VRBO another 3 hours for them to find us a crappy hotel nearby. All of this while being displaced in Charleston with 2 kids and 2 puppies. Absolutely horrific experience which resulted in a cascade of terrible events.

So much potential!

My family stayed 5 nights. When we pulled into the driveway we wondered if we made a bad choice. The house is very dirty on the outside and very much in need of a power wash and maintenance! Gutters are full and mildew is everywhere. We went inside and were pleased that it looked almost exactly like the listing. The inside was clean and well arranged. AC was cool. There is only one small TV in the living room. The pool was very nice even though the backyard is in need of some upkeep. Straw everywhere, light bulbs out etc. The microwave does not work, even though the host said that they would have someone come out and fix it (two times) no one ever showed up. Also the fan and light for the upstairs bathroom did not work and no one came to fix that either. There are several things that definitely can use some updating. Stucco falling from the garage and bathroom ceiling. Overall we still enjoyed the house and the game room was lots of fun. A little extra time and attention would easily make this property five stars..
