Excellent location. Very clean and furnished with everything we needed to make a very enjoyable week. We used kayaks, paddle boards and tubes to float on river. Backyard included grill, fire pit, three different sitting areas including a dock. There were cornhole, badminton, wiffle ball and bat and more available that we did not use.

We had a terrific time at Camp Collop! The property is well maintained and comfortable, which was welcome after a day on the Rainbow River. There were no shortage of things to do; our friends and family are still talking about it at home. Thanks to our host who made this weekend a memorable one.

Wonderful

The location of the house is wonderful! We were traveling with two 6 year olds who loved the clear water by the dock so they could see the fish swimming around. The tiny kayak provided was great for them to have their first kayak experience! The house is lovely and full of charm. We would for sure recommend this property for anyone looking for a river getaway.

Our family had an absolutely magical stay here. The location on the river was incredible and made for the perfect getaway. The house had everything we could possibly need—and then some—which made traveling with kids so easy and comfortable.Our children spent hours playing off the dock, watching the tubers float by, and enjoying the beautiful river views. Some of our favorite family memories were made during this trip.The home was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We can’t wait to come back and make even more memories here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable river vacation!
