Experience this calming entire downstairs unit. We are close to trails for walking or biking & Cheney Lake park for kayaking & fishing.
The two bedrooms one bathroom unit feature a room with Mountain view,black-out blinds, in-unit washer/dryer,coffee bar,dining are & outdoor deck sitting
We are no more than 15-20 minutes from airport depending on road conditions, ANMC hospital (10 min) Walmart (3 min), Starbucks (5 min) and many nearby restaurants..

Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am. There are four slippers provided for you to use inside the unit. Please use it to avoid outside dirt inside the house.

Inacurate property description and Safety Concerns

Positives about our stay - 1 - neighborhood was quiet and unit was clean Safety concerns as listed: 1 - no anti-scald device for the hot water - my son burned his hand (minor burn and he is fine), I almost burned my hand as well 2 - no anti-slip mat or strips in the tub in which my husband and I both almost fell at least once 3 - the host left electric heaters in every room in the unit to use as they are apparently aware it is cold in there - I refuse to electric heaters as they are a safety concern in my opinion Other personal issues with the property: 1 - no additional bedding or linens so it was very cold. Regarding linens, they gave us 4 towels for 4 people for 4 nights - I believe in hanging towels up to dry but it would have been nice to have some extra's 2 - 'designated parking' was an issue 3 - Not quiet at all, kids were running around upstairs (host's family) and either dropping things or crying/screaming well beyond 'quet time' 4 - No mtn view from any window in unit 5 - Slippers provided were disgusting and used prior 6 - cheap furnishing everywhere throught 7 - closets were not usable as they were off track or hinges 8 - no broom/dustpan available 9 - no drying rack available 10 - hottub was on listing when I booked but then host said it was closed and not on listing because of that - I wouldn't have come prepared to use it had it not been on the original listing 11 - lack of description for entering unit was a pain to get in - 2 doors both with keyless devices
