The Space:

You step into a bright, family‑focused town‑home that feels like a private retreat while putting the magic of Disney just minutes away. Sunlight fills the spacious living area, where a cozy sofa invites you to unwind after a day at the parks, and a small patio off the lounge offers a quiet spot for two to sip coffee under the Florida sky.



Sleeping arrangements

Downstairs, the master bedroom features a King bed that comfortably sleeps two. Upstairs, a second master bedroom offers a Queen bed for two guests. Two themed children’s rooms add extra charm: Mickey’s Bedroom holds two Twin beds, and Harry Potter’s Bedroom also provides two Twin beds. The upstairs bedrooms share a full‑size bathroom, while a second full bathroom serves the lower level and a third bathroom is available for guests’ convenience.

Practical details

A free washer and dryer are available for your use. Please note the mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, which includes tax and provides up to ten wristbands for community amenities. The fee applies whether you use the amenities or not.

Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars. IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
