Welcome to Paradise! Heart of the Lake-Boat slip-Wtrfrt Pool-VERY CLEAN!

WELCOME TO PARADISE!

Come stay with us in our charming retreat at Gold Reef Condominiums. This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo (Sleeps 4) at the ever-popular Golden Reef Complex on the 1 mm of the Grand Glaize arm in the Heart of Osage Beach. This is in the Heart of the Lake where you want to be!
This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen and cooking utensils. Sit on our over-sized deck where you can watch the boats go by. You’ve got it all!
The master has a King bed with attached full bath, TV w/Roku. The second bedroom has a King bed, TV/Roku and is next to the 2nd bathroom (common shared) This unit sleeps 4 people. All linens and bedding is included. TVs are in the living room and both bedrooms. Full size washer and dryer are convenient for those extended stays. We make packing light. We provide: Bath towels, wash cloths, 10 garbage bags, dish soap, bath soap, 2 paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom.

Golden Reef has a newly installed lakeside saltwater pool overlooking the lake and an area for canoeing or your favorite watersport.

This unit also has a 10 x 28 boat slip that you can see from the condo. Our boat slip is additional for $25/night.

Golden Reef is located in the heart of Osage and all it has to offer. There are many restaurants from casual to fine dining. Several waterfront withing minutes. Fast food. Convenience stores. Fun shopping boutiques and shopping mall is ALL within minutes.

*List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence
*Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.

*Quiet hours: 11pm-7am
*Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend
*Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.

The condo was very easy to get into and looks just like the pictures. Everything was clean, and the directions to get water going were clear and easy. Very comfortable living room and bedroom furniture, and the view is fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my time at the condo it had all the amenities very much appreciated my one down thing was that the maintenance guy came in while I was gone and I did not know that could be happening and I left personal information out on the counter. Other than that I had a wonderful time

We have stayed at many places on the lake but this by far has the best view. Giant windows and very cutely decorated. We had absolutely everything we could need and then some- kitchen appliances to household appliances. There was a cooler in the closet which let me know we’ll be back in the summer to use it. Very thought out! We loved our time, can’t wait to use the pool that’s so close.

Comfy beds, bigs tvs and a view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property managers were very responsive to the minor situation we ran into. The view is perfect with lots of boat traffic and gorgeous nighttime lights from the marina. I would mention there are steep stairs at this complex you should be aware of but it wasnt a problem for us at all.

Clean, comfortable, great lake view.

This property is easy to find, a great location, nice quite area, with a great view of the lake. It was very clean and comfortable, with all essentials provided. The hosts were super responsive. Check in and check out was a breeze. The only downside is what the hosts describe in the add of the property. If you have issues climbing stairs, then this place is not for you. There is just one set to climb but they are steep. My knees aren't the best, but I made it up and down several times with no problems. Very nice pool area too. Washer and dryer worked well. Easy parking.We'd stay again. Tom D.

The condo had excellent views, was very clean, and the hosts were extremely responsive! The only reason for not giving 5 star rating were the amenities in the condo. The toilet paper and paper towels were very cheap. Only one bath towel per guest and they were very thin. Patio furniture was fairly uncomfortable. Provided shampoo/soap but not conditioner. Overall was a great place, if some of those items were improved we would be back for sure!
