The Space:
It is all about LOCATION and LUX COMFORT! You have just uncovered the gem of Old Town North! This home’s location offers the convenience of Old Town only a half a mile South while still providing a space of relaxation and “at home feel”. This truly is your home away from home with all the amenities and comforts to make your stay a superior experience. With our beloved Odell’s Brewery and New Belgium Brewery down the street and the vast many others within biking distance, your Fort Collins brewery touring is not only waiting for you but will be EPIC! This STUNNING home, was designed and built by the owners with your comfort in mind!
Please keep in mind this is the upper unit of a top bottom duplex. We ask that you respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m-8:00 a.m to not disturb guests in the lower unit.

You have access to the entire swanky main floor unit including the second story and the stunning rooftop patio with mountain views right outside the primary bedroom! There is a two car garage accessed by the alley and a parking space in front of that. A nice side yard with a gas grill is shared with the separate basement unit (booked separately) and is yours to enjoy the 300 days of sunshine that Fort Collins hosts every year
Other Things to Note:
Please note that this is a duplex unit and has a basement space below. This basement unit has its own private, secured entrance. However, the side yard will be a shared common space. As the basement unit is under the main floor of this unit, noise can be an issue for the basement guests. We ask that guests are respectful especially during quiet hours.
