Kitchen essentials and laundry facilities are also provided for your convenience. Unwind and rejuvenate in a peaceful setting that feels like home away from home. The home is situated in a cove that is considered to be a "No Wake Zone."

The three-story property can easily accommodate up to 4 guests (maximum number allowed by Bedford County). As you come into the home you will find a light-filled, double-height living room. Included in this welcoming space is a huge sofa, stylish decor, comfortable reading area with views of the lake, and gas fireplace with reclaimed wood mantel. This room is the heart of the home, providing a great space for the family to connect, play games, relax in front of the fire on cooler days, or watch a movie on the large smart tv (Wi-fi is included so you can stream shows with your own login).

The main level living room leads out onto the large deck with views of the lake and mountains. This area includes a dining table and comfortable chairs, umbrella for shade on sun-filled days, and gas grill. An ideal place for enjoying meals al fresco, a morning coffee, or watching kids play out the back.

The living room connects with an open plan and well-appointed kitchen/dining space with all the essentials for preparing meals in the comfort of this lakeside haven. The coffee and tea bars are a great way to start the day or bring it to a warming end. There is a large dining table with bench seating and comfortable counter chairs around the functional island offering plenty of additional space for gathering, cooking, and spending time together. A high-chair and child-friendly cups, cutlery, and plates are included to make life easier for family vacations.

The private bedrooms offer 2 king-sized beds (main and upper level), one queen bed (lower level/basement), and toddler crib (upper level bedroom), while the spacious loft area (upper level) includes two double beds and hang-out space with toys and activities for kids (hidden away in case all guests are adults!). All the mattresses are medium-firm with the option to add or remove additional layers of padding (including memory foam toppers) for those that prefer a softer sleeping experience. Each floor of the home offers a full bathroom, ideal for multiple guests. Bath towels and linens are included.

The basement is an ideal space to unwind and socialize at the end of the day, with smart tv (streaming available with your own login), games and books, comfy sofas, bar area with beverage fridge, and gas fireplace. This area opens out onto the lower patio and outdoor seating area, offering shade during the day and soft cafe lighting for evening use. There are plenty of things for any kids of any age to enjoy outside including mud-kitchen, water table, outdoor activities, and yard games. The fire pit with outdoor-use blankets and Adirondak chairs are a great way to spend an evening under the stars. Laundry facilities are also available for guests.

The home sits on a wooded, 1.25 acre lot. Graduated steps take you down to the water with additional views of the lake and mountains. The peaceful cove is a great place for swimming, floating, fishing, and playing in the water. The dock and jet ski ramp, in 12 ft of water, are perfect for those with a boat or water sport toys.

The private driveway can accommodate up to four vehicles. Boat ramp access within the community is also available to guests upon request and for an additional fee.
