Hi Shakita, Vrbo automatically provides you with the lock box code, to say the house was messy when you arrived is unfair and the one star is also unfair. The only issue with this reservation was that upon departure, inspection showed the house was left in terrible condition. Once I requested further compensation for the cleaning you failed to respond to either me or Vrbo. Thank you for staying with us and have a great day.
