Enjoy the beach from our 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront condo in quiet Ponce Inlet. Recently renovated and smartly appointed, this 2800 square foot space features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, induction stovetop, convention oven, tri-vection oven and dishwasher. The master suite features an oceanfront view and a king sized bed. The private bathroom has a steam-shower and bathtub. The 2nd ocean view bedroom has a queen sized bed and a full bath with shower. The 3rd ocean view bedroom has queen sized bed and a full bath with tub. Each bedroom has a TV, ceiling fan and plenty of lighting. The living room features a leather couch, recliner and an entertainment center with TV and sound bar. The dining room has comfortable seating for 6. A quiet lanai area near the entrance features a drop zone for your beach towels, bags, etc., a bar area with ice maker, wine refrigerator and beverage refrigerator, a TV and comfortable seating. The laundry room has a washer, dryer and sink. Chairs and umbrellas, which are provided for your convenience, are kept in a storage room on the ground floor close to the elevator.
