Looking for an escape from the everyday? Look no further because this is the place for you. Whether you love sunrises or sunsets, you will experience all the breathtaking views in our family-friendly, picturesque, immaculate and spacious two-bedroom two-bathroom condo located in the Golden Arms Condominium complex in beautiful New Smyrna Beach.

Sandy Shores NSB is an end unit, so it is one of a handful that offers views from three sides. Not only will you enjoy breathtaking oceanfront views and sunrises, but you will also have views of the river and the Ponce Inlet lighthouse from the north side windows. These same side views also allow you to watch the spectacular sunsets in the evening.

To ensure your stay here is as relaxing and hassle-free as possible, we provide all the essentials you need for your getaway; beach chairs, beach bags, cooler bags, beach towels, blow dryers, shampoo and conditioner and much more. There is a fully functioning kitchen with all stainless steel appliances stocked with all the essentials you will need during your stay. Sandy Shores NSB is also one of the few units with its own washer and dryer.

You will have no problem falling asleep to the sounds of the sea in our spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed and flat-screen television; both bedroom televisions are equipped with Roku, so you are able to watch live tv or sign in to your subscription services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. If you are just too excited to fall asleep, the master bedroom also leads out onto the balcony, so the calming night breeze is just a few steps away. The second bedroom is just as welcoming, with two double beds and a view of the lighthouse and river. There is also a queen-sized pullout in the living room.

Enjoy a short five-minute walk to historic Flagler Avenue, where family fun is plentiful. You can ride bikes, spend your day shopping at the countless boutiques with an iced coffee in your hand from one of the quaint coffee shops, or kick back and relax with a massage at the spa. If you are looking to spend the day immersed in the gorgeous Atlantic, take your pick of scuba diving, parasailing, jet skiing, surfing, charter boat tours or paddleboarding with manatees. After a fun-filled day you will have worked up quite an appetite; sit down at one of the numerous restaurants for an amazing meal and maybe some live music too. After your meal you can walk back to your condo and take a dip in the heated pool or head out for a night on the town, taking in every minute of New Smyrna’s nightlife.

No matter what you choose to do here one thing is for sure, you will never want to leave. Our goal is for each and every guest to leave their vacation at Sandy Shores NSB already wanting to book their next stay with us.

My husband and I had a great week here. The condo is clean, spacious, and well-stocked, and is located within walking distance of many delicious meals and libations. And there are lots of stores to shop in as well. :-) Cheryl is very easy to talk to and she and her team have done an excellent job in providing the perfect place to have fun at the beach.

The condo exceeded our expectations. We spent an amazing 9 days in New Smyrna Beach. The condo was immaculate. We enjoyed the pool and the beach daily. We fell in love with New Smyrna Beach and the Golden Arms on our first visit. We were staying at our sister's vacation rental there and we knew that there was just something special about it. We didn't want to leave, so when the opportunity came up for us to purchase one, we decided we couldn't pass it up. Every time we're here, we hate to leave. We hope you will feel the same way. It is our hope that Sandy Shores, NSB will be the most memorable vacation you and your family will have. We have equipped our condo with everything we feel our renters will need to make their stay as fun and complete as possible.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with our place almost immediately when we walked in. The views as you enter are so stunning. The condo is filled with light during the day due to the windows along the north and the east. At night, we have the lights from the neighborhood and the lighthouse out of the north windows as well. We also love the convenience of the washer and dryer right in the unit.
