Are you searching for a clean, updated oceanfront condo with amazing views in a family-friendly building? This remodeled condo is located in a very family-friendly atmosphere right on the beach with a 180 degree gorgeous view of the beach and pier on your own private patio. This very tastefully furnished, 1,850 square foot, oceanfront vacation condo has been totally remodeled with views of the beach, ocean, pier and river. The condo is located in a 75 unit building with private secure parking for one car and includes a garage door opener.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and attached remodeled bathroom with a huge 5' X 5' shower with rainfall shower head. The second bedroom features two queen beds and attached remodeled bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen size beds and attached remodeled bathroom. The new kitchen is fully furnished with new granite counter tops, cabinets, appliances including microwave, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker and Keurig, blender, dishware, utensils and cookware. The pantry includes a wine chiller. The living room, with a large comfortable sofa, leather easy chair with ottoman, provides a high definition TV with 400 channels or just sit back and watch the waves. There are also TVs in each bedroom.
The Shores Club offers a wide variety of activities. A heated swimming pool with large deck is located ocean side. There are also BBQ grills for your use located near the pool. The Shores Club has a full tennis court, basketball court, shuffleboard court, fitness center with ocean views and indoor sauna.
The main thing that distinguishes the Shores Club from other beach condominiums is the no drive beach in front of the condominium and the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. The condo is direct oceanfront on the fourth floor, southern corner unit in an eleven story building.
The condo comes furnished with everything you could need. In addition, there are sand toys, beach towels, BBQ grills, beach chairs, beach umbrella, board games, books to read and DVDs. We also provide brochures with information on restaurants, shopping areas, local attractions, fishing, boat rentals, golf courses, etc.

We loved our stay in 407! Wow, what a view from the balcony! The condo was very spacious, clean and comfortable for all of us, including my parents, 6'4" husband and our 3 year old toddler. The condo was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, extra sheets and blankets, an abundance of pillows and towels, as well as beach towels and beach toys/gear. The owners really thought of all the comforts of home, including power strips in all the rooms and hangars in the closets. The little things make for such a nice stay. Wait til you see the master bath shower-very large and very nice, and even the beds were all comfortable. The location of the condo building was perfect-a short walk from Crabby Joe's pier and on a quiet section of beach where vehicles are not allowed. The wide flat beach was perfect for my toddler to run around and be safe. The pool was heated and the pool deck was large with grassy areas so guests could spread out, though the area was not very crowded during this time of year. The building staff were pleasant and helpful. The building has an exercise room overlooking the pool and beach, a tennis court and basketball court, a common area and a garage. This condo was by far one of the nicest, most well-appointed places we've stayed and we will definitely return!
Home away from home.
We loved this condo!! Very well maintained and beautiful decor. It had all the amenities of home so we didn't feel like we were at a rental property. It's the little things like having phone charging stations, spacious bathrooms, walk in closets, and all the little things you need in the kitchen that make the vacation that much more enjoyable. Having 2 small children, it was awesome to have so much space and the split floor plan reduced the stress during bedtime and naptime. The location is great being on a no-drive section of the beach and a short drive to grocery store, Starbucks and some great local restaurants. The Cracked Egg is a staple for breakfast every year we go back.

You can tell the owners care about this condo because of the quality features including an upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops, newer appliances and updated bathrooms. The master shower is devine. We've stayed at other condos in the building and this is by far one of the nicest and it has a southern view. We have seen turtles, dolphins and a rocket launch. It's a very laid back building with lots of families and kids. My children had a great time. We'll be booking again next year!

My family loved our vacation. Your condo was so pretty. We felt secure in the building. We loved that you provided beach chairs, dishes, pots & pans, beach towels, etc. Everything we needed and wanted. Thank you for allowing us to rent your condo. I wish I was there now - I miss waking up to that wonderful view!!!
Hope to visit again next year - if we can wait that long!!
Wonderful vacation rental, part deux
We were back for the second time this year and, like our previous stay this spring, this condo was a fantastic place to relax. This time we had two couples and one child staying. Each couple had their own room and full bath, as did our eight year old daughter. Because this condo is so spacious, we never felt that we were in each other's way.
During this visit, we discovered new areas and new restaurants. We discovered Flagler Street in New Smyrna beach (about a 20 minute drive) which has many restaurants to choose from and lively night life. We also visited an old favorite, The Garlic, where we can always count on enough leftovers to enable eating in condo the following evening. Every night we enjoyed a new movie on the large LCD TV in the living room. We capped the week off with a sunset sail on the Fun Cat catamaran out of Ponce Inlet.
We highly recommend this condo and October is still a great time to visit the beach. For those who like the pool, it was very warm too!

Daytona Beach Shores is a city of approximately 4,700 people located on a barrier island along the Atlantic Ocean, just south of Daytona Beach. Local business leaders who felt that a smaller, separate community would provide better services to the people living here incorporated the town of Daytona Beach Shores in 1960. Today, it is mostly a resort and retirement community with no schools or manufacturing industry, but caters to the many tourists who frequent the area. Daytona Beach Shores has a beautiful, pristine beach where race car drivers once tried to set world speed records. Visitors also find lots of other family entertainment such as miniature golf, tennis courts and a private par 3 golf course. Daytona Beach Shores is also host to events such as Race Week and Bike Week. Some of the other attractions in town include The Court of Flags and the Legends Walk of Fame, which feature bricks dedicated to the famous car racing participants. A display of racing memorabilia is also found in the Daytona Beach Shores Community Center. Every December, the city sponsors “Light Up the Shores,” a special holiday event featuring hundreds of Christmas trees along its main street, a tree-lighting ceremony that includes carol singing and other activities. Volusia County is about an hour's drive north of Disney World and the Kennedy Space Center. It's also within a few hours drive of other major Florida communities, such as Tampa (139 miles), Miami (253 miles), or Jacksonville (89 miles). Volusia County consists of 1,207 square miles. Elevation begins at sea level and rises to a high elevation of 110 feet. Warm, mild winters and hot summers are generally what you'll find along the east central coast of Florida in the Daytona Beach area. With a semi-tropical climate, the central Atlantic Coast becomes warmer and humid during the months of June, July and August. It's not unusual for temperatures to exceed 90 degrees and humidity to hover around 90 percent. With its' proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, this region enjoys nights that are balmy with warm tropical breezes. There is a lot of rain from showers and thunderstorms every month of the year in central Florida (but less in winter.) The best weather is between the months of October to May, when it's sunnier, with less rain and the humidity is much less noticeable. Airport: The closest airports in the area are the Daytona Beach International airport (DAB) located about 4 miles west of Daytona Beach Shores in Daytona Beach, Florida, the Orlando Sanford International airport (SFB) located approximately 31 miles southwest of Daytona Beach Shores in Orlando / Sanford, Florida, the Orlando International airport (MCO) located roughly 55 miles southwest of Daytona Beach Shores in Orlando, Florida, and finally the Jacksonville Airport is located around 2 hours Northwest of Daytona Beach Shores in Jacksonville, Florida.
