Una de las últimas playas subdesarrollados en los EE.UU.. Vistas de la playa desde todas las habitaciones. A un corto paseo a través del camino de la playa. Grande, abierta, gran salón y cocina abierta proporcionan una gran área de la familia. Recién alquilado, cuatro dormitorios, casa de dos baños en la carretera de acceso limitado. Playa nunca se llena. barra de arena y el surf agradable siempre están disponibles. Dos camas extra grandes tienen vista de la playa, así como toda una cubierta frontal. cama de matrimonio en el tercer dormitorio y dos literas (para cuatro) en cuarto dormitorio.

¡Es difícil pasar un mal momento aquí! La cocina cuenta con completas instalaciones de cocina / entretenimiento. Quince a 20 minutos de Gulf Shores. Veinticinco minutos a gran zona de centro comercial. El acceso a la bahía de Mobile se trata de dos minutos en coche. Ferry te puede llevar a la cena en el móvil o una hora en coche a los casinos en Biloxi, Mississippi. Cubierta agradable, buen estéreo con cambiador de CD o entrada de teléfono, HDTV por satélite, ducha de agua caliente al aire libre, parrilla de gas, estacionamiento cubierto.

Very private!

House has TONS of space for everyone to spread out which we loved. House is a good distance from town but we loved that because it made the beach area very open and private. We left all of our beach items down by the water for 5 straight days with no issues!! Owner is VERY nice and easy to get ahold of which was a big plus for me. Thanks Rich for a great stay!!

We reserved this beach home at the very last minute! Rich was very easy to deal with and we had no issues getting reservations, contract, key code, etc. The home was clean, very roomy and just steps from the beach! It was nice going to the beach without the crowd! It is secluded and much more relaxing! Looking forward to going back next year!

Great Family Vacation!

Our second stay at this beautiful beach house and it was even better than last time! We have five kids and it is more than enough space for everyone to stretch out and relax after a full day at the beach (just across the road) or a great family game night after a day in town at Pirate Cove miniature golf. The new tiled floors were gorgeous and sitting on the deck watching the waves crash in is such a great way to spend a lazy morning. Rich is so great and always just a phone call away! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful piece of the world with us! We will definitely be coming back to visit again!

Family gathering

Perfect set up for our family. My husband, myself, 3 young adult daughters plus a boyfriend and 3 grandkids and my brother all enjoyed the space and house set up. Loved the beach and location. A couple improvements might be figuring out how to improve ability to stream movies which we all know how technology is continuing to evolve. Also, a better path to beach would be nice, but we also understand how Mother Nature can rearrange these walkways. Thanks for sharing a great place.

Got the job done

Location was ok but not close to anything! So if you plan to do a lot of activities beside the beach this place isn’t for you. Short walk to beach ok for the young but for my dad who is near 80 it was a little much. The A/C didn’t get the house cooler than 78. That was hard to adjust to at night. Other than it was a great time by all!

Making memories in Fort Morgan at Sound Wave!!!

We had an absolutely amazing time making memories in Fort Morgan at Rich's place. The house is a short walk right off the beach. The view was beautiful. Yes there are houses infront of the house but you can still see and hear the ocean. The house was very nice and stocked with pretty much everything you could need, although we brought mostly everything not knowing what we would need 🤣 nice size deck outside to sit and enjoy whether your eating or just soaking up everything. We didn't watch any tv because we were enjoying the beach. That was another plus to staying in Fort Morgan, the beach is not crowded at all!!! The house is kinda outdated style but that did not bother us at all, we weren't going on vacation to worry about decor. Rich was absolutely on point and in contact with me from the minute we booked until we left and available at all times if I needed to contact him for any reason. I would definitely recommend this house for a family getaway and we will absolutely be staying here again. I do believe we found our new vacation spot!!! Thank you so much Rich for everything!!!!!

Desperately needs a deep cleaning.

The pictures of this home are apparently several years old. The yard was overgrown with prickly beach grass. Upon arrival we were very disappointed to find bugs and sand in the tub, many spots on the carpets, stains on the sheets, drips down walls and a sticky dirty stove along with a dirty microwave and refrigerator. Owner agreed to send cleaning crew out the following morning but neglected to tell us that would cost us an extra $30. The cleaning crew did clean the tubs, wall, and attempted to clean the kitchen, but I personally scrubbed the stove to remove the residue that remained after they left and sent the owner before/after pictures. Many dishes and utensils in the kitchen still had food stuck to them in the cabinets. We washed everything we used prior to use. Also, there was no empty cabinet or pantry to store our food. Outdoor furniture (other than table) was stored in the living room upon arrival. One side of the curtain on the main living room window did not function. TVs were challenging although we did finally (after a while on the phone with the owner) figure out how to get them to work, but all bedroom TVs must watch what is on in the living room. AC also was out for 3 of our 4 nights and owner did agree to refund 50% for each of those nights. If we could have found anything else available, we would have left. The beach itself was very nice and private.

Home away from home

Rich was a fabulous host. We liked the location and the house was perfect for our family. We were able to have a very small wedding without a hitch. The place had plenty of pots, pans, plates, utensils, and charm. The tv was a little complicated, but once I figured everything out it was fine to use. We would totally go there again.

Sit on n the deck and stare at the beach!

Listing was just as described...a very short walk to your own part of a private beach. Fort Morgan is a must for everyone and staying at Rich’s place is also a must!! We will be returning and looking forward to renting this house again.

Family Vacation

We had a great time at this property We were just a short walk (3mins) to the private beach. We were able to leave all our beach stuff in the same location for all data we were there and nothing was touched. The beach had very few people and those that were there were a good distance from us. The water was beautiful and the sand was like sugar. The beds in the house were comfortable and plenty. The living area was big enough for us to hang out when we weren’t at the beach which was rare. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a great wash station by the steps to get the sand off before entering the house. The house stayed very cool. The layout of the house worked well, the kids were on one side and we were on the other. The road is quiet and very little traffic. There was an ice cream truck that came everyday that my Grand kids loved. Our goal was to do nothing but hang out at the beach and just enjoy the quiet. If you want more to do there is a lot to do just about 20 mins down the road at Gulf Shores. There were small groceries, fresh seafood store, restaurants and of course a dollar general with in a couple minutes of the house. The grocery store behind the Burger King is a must go to. They will do shrimp boil for you and have everything you need. Fort Morgan is a perfect place to have a relaxing vacation and this house was perfect for us. I have recommended this to several people. It is a good multigenerational family vacation.

Awesome!

Even though we didn't have any issues, Rich made himself available for us and ensured we had no issues getting in to the house. Our time there was amazing and the short walk to the beach allowed us to enjoy more time relaxing and spending time on the beach than worrying about getting to it. Highly recommend the Fort Morgan area and Rich's house to anybody looking to get away and relax!

Really enjoyed our stay!

House is roomy, comfortable, and most importantly, very close to the beach! Our little family had a great time in Ft. Morgan this summer. Our only complaint is that vacation time passed so quickly! We're counting down till next year and would definitely stay here again.

Great place everthing as advertised

Had a great experience with this rental , Rich the owner kept in contact to check on everything before & while we were there. As I said in the headline everything was as advertised, Rich answered all the questions we had . Being able to leave all our beach equipment on the beach for two weeks with nobody touching it was a great value to this rental. All the property in this area is private ( NO BEACH CROWD ) Thanks Again Rich Mark & Tammy Ky.

Nice and spacious. 75 yards from the beach with all the comforts of home.

This was our first time renting a home on the beach and we loved it. The house was exactly as described and tons of space. Rich was awesome to deal with and made sure our stay was perfect. We can’t wait to go back.

The house was everything we expected!

The house was right across from the beach—only a 10 second walk really, and it was everything we expected. The house came with everything we needed and we had no trouble with anything! It was perfect and spacious!!! The best part was no one was on the beach! Really remote with no contact with the neighbors! Would stay again easily!!! Owner was always available to speak and really helpful with the area!

Fantastic Vacation!!

A group of friends and I were able to stay at this property for spring break. Even with the 10 of us, we had plenty of room and lived extremely comfortable for the week. The owner is super easy to work with and helped with anything and everything we could have wanted for our experience. Definitely would recommend

Great beach getaway for a group!

Our group had a total of 7 adults and we all fit comfortably during our stay at this property. The house was very convenient to the beach. We had everything we needed to cook our meals at the house. Great beds and bathrooms. Enjoyed our stay very much and would rent again if we were in the area with a large group.

A vacation gem

Such a great house steps from the beach. The house was clean tidy and well stocked with everything we needed. Just what the rental description said. Loved sitting on the spacious deck each morning enjoying breakfast. Inside was spacious and comfortable. Great new tiling. Would certainly recommend this home to friends. Looking forward to returning next year.

Wonderful Vacation!!!

Very, very comfortable beach house!!! We loved it!!! Had all the pots and pans anyone could ever want!! The beds were all very comfortable. Had everything for a baby too. We have stayed in some really nice condos, but this was the best experience we have had yet!! Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!!!
