For boaters, there is an extra $200fee for dock utilities(water and electricity)

Excellent location and property

Our stay was very special and it afforded me time to spend with my wife. I was able to keep my boat in the backyard so we could just step off the dock and go fishing or diving. The house was very unique and we had a great time.
