Spacious Lake Travis North Shore Home - HOA Launch Ramp, Park, Pool and More!

Point Venture is on the North Shore of Lake Travis and offers guests a gated park with lake access, launch ramp, a community pool, tennis and pickleball courts, disc golf and other outdoor recreation. Our spacious private home is 3 bedroom/2.5 bath with garage use for one car. We have been hosting for 2 years and are a guest favorite due to our closeness to the lake and park and our well maintained property. We sleep 6-8, with a sofa bed.

Guests have full access to all Pt. Venture HOA amenities. Point Venture is about 50 minutes to the Northwest of downtown Austin and East of Marble Falls. Nature lovers can explore the nearby Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Preserve about 30 minutes away.

In addition to swimming and the park, Point Venture boasts a 9-hole golf course with cart rental, Boat and jet ski rentals are available. The floating marina restaurant and sports bar with arcade are super fun after a long day on the water and often have live music and nightly activities.

Texas White Tail deer frequent our large corner lot and enjoy the treats we have provided for guests to set out. Our upstairs covered balcony is perfect for hanging out around the bistro tables and taking in the lake vibes and the beautiful sunsets. The open kitchen allows for plenty of elbow room when preparing meals. We are nicely stocked with pots and pans, air fryer, slow cooker, rice cooker, ice cream maker, Nespresso and Keurig coffee makers. A basic gas grill is available for burgers and steaks. We have a backup propane tank and ask guests to follow the posted grill placement instructions for safety.

When indoors, we have a nice selection of family games, puzzles, books, bluetooth speaker, even crochet yarn for your chillaxing downtime.

Guests have access to one bay of the garage where we also store a selection of various pool toys and lake floats, as well as basic life jackets for your safety use.

Here is what else you can expect during your stay at The Deckhouse:

♥ A clean, well organized home plus we do our best to provide timely and helpful communication.

♥ Family games, cards, puzzles, dominos, even crochet yarns! Bluetooth speaker, Karaoke machine, balcony chairs for sunset viewing, blackout curtains in upstairs rooms.

♥ Room for jet ski trailer in driveway if backed in. No more than 3 cars total in driveway please. There is no street parking in Point Venture.

♥ WiFi; living room Sony Smart 55-inch TV; 50-inch Smart Samsung TV in primary bedroom, Roku TV in Queen bedroom. No TV in twin bedroom.

♥ We are an easy walk around the block to the gated park entrance where you can access the lake and long boat ramp. Lake levels are extremely low so the water is farther out.

♥ Crystal clear, clean HOA pool with lounge chairs (no lifeguard on duty-not heated).

♥ Tennis and pickleball courts available first come-first served. We have some rackets but bring your own if you are a serious player.

♥ 9-hole golf course (guests pay green fees, book your own t-times and cart rentals. Bring your own clubs.)

♥ Disc golf course (we have some equipment), Basketball hoops and sandy Volleyball court are located at the park.

♥ Indoor HOA gym with A/C near the Point Venture pool;

♥ Corn hole porch game, foldable bag chairs;

♥ Cleaning supplies, bug sprays, first aid supplies, fire extinguisher blankets and extra stand alone fans;

*1 pull out sofa bed 60x70 inch memory foam mattress in living room for 2 kids or small adults.

♥ Convenient downstairs half-bath;

♥ Downstairs oversized en suite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double sink vanity;

♥ All bedrooms have ceiling fans, dressers and closets with hangers;

♥ We are the original homeowners and manage ourselves to insure you receive the excellent customer service and support you expect.

• 2 continuously recording Ring motion cameras facing exterior entrances for security / liability purposes;

• LAKE LEVELS ARE LOW. PLEASE ADVISE IF EXPECTING TO LAUNCH A WATER CRAFT;

• Your booking represents consent and agreement of our house and HOA rules.

• No tobacco / THC products or vaping inside due to lingering odors. Additional cleaning fees of $150 will apply if smoke odor detected;

• The number of guests using the house must not exceed the number of guests booked unless okayed in advance by owner. Additional nightly fees can apply;

• We are a pet free home and service animals may not stay unattended per the Federal Service Animal law. If they are service animals you are to take them with you when leaving the house for errands or day trips. If for some reason you bring a pet and do not disclose, we will request a $250 per stay fee.

• Thermostat will not go below 68 degrees;

• Access to the POA boat ramp and swimming pool are for paying guests only;

• Per HOA rules, parking is only permitted in driveways - street parking can result in a ticket or a tow which guests will be responsible for paying. One garage bay available.

○ Golf green fees and carts paid by guests; bring your own clubs and shoes.

Please note: All homes in Point Venture use a Grinder Pump system for toilet, tub, and sink. Please follow the clear instructions as to for what not to flush or put down the drain.
