This one-level home is set up for easy living, whether you're here for work or an extended stay by the coast. It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with a layout that gives everyone their own space. The primary bedroom has a king-sized Sleep Number bed and includes a private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus a built-in desk with office chair, ideal if you need a private spot to work or study. A second couch and TV are also in the secondary bedroom in case everyone doesn’t want to watch the same programming sometimes.
The shared bathroom is off the hallway and has a tub/shower combo. Relax in the claw-foot tub and soak in the charm! Note: the hallway has an entry door which can be closed for added privacy for guests staying in the second bedroom, creating a second suite.
Each bedroom has its own bath and doors that exit out into the backyard oasis! Enjoy cooling off in the pool, laying in the sun, or reclining under the pergola... enjoy dining day or night al fresco, grill out or just enjoy a nice beverage relaxing by the fire pit. (Note: tenants should refill propane tank for fire pit if they empty it.)
The living room has a cozy setup with an electric fireplace and a TV, and the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and dishes you'd need. New appliances throughout, including dishwasher, washer/dryer, and 5-burner gas stove with a built-in air fryer. The dining area sits off the kitchen, comfortably seating 4, or 2 people can sit at the lovely kitchen island. The laundry closet/pantry combo keeps essentials tucked out of the way but close at hand.
The backyard is where this place really shines. You've got your own in-ground pool (which can be heated in the cooler months – inquire with owner if interested), a shaded pergola with chairs, a fire pit with seating, and a gas grill ready to go. Whether it's coffee in the morning or unwinding in the evening, the space is private and relaxed. Brand-new vinyl fencing surrounds this oasis ensuring privacy. Outdoor security cameras around the property for extra peace of mind and home offers a private driveway so parking is never a hassle.
All basic utilities are part of the monthly cost, including electric, gas, and high-speed internet. The washer/dryer is available to make your visit more comfortable. Tenants must provide their own streaming service for the tv’s.
Miramar is a family street and just a block away there is a nice playground for kids to play or right across from there is beautiful Biloxi beach itself! Speaking of playgrounds, there are plenty of casinos nearby for the adults, or putt-putt golf and other attractions nearby for both the kids and kids-at-heart! If you’re looking to explore more, New Orleans is an easy drive or enjoyable train ride (less than 2 hours), and Mobile is less than an hour east.
