10/10 stay! The house is immaculate and just as beautiful as the pictures. 10 min from downtown and in a cute little neighborhood next to some trails and some shops. The views were amazing. A/C units were challenging to operate and unsure the master bedroom unit was operational. Called about the dishwasher not cleaning, detergent not dissolving and error messages/alarms after the cycle was complete.

We had a great time. Great communication with the company property owners, VERY easy check-in/check-out process, great amenities, everything we could have needed was already on property. It made the trip very relaxing and easy. It felt very secluded, but was only 3 minute drive from the main strip. All the furniture and appliances were nice and well maintained. When there was any question I had they were quick to answer right away. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great views and accomidating.

This property was perfect for 3 couples. Each couple had their own room and on-suite. Fully stocked kitchen and game room in the garage. Great place. I would highly recommend this house.

10/10 Ideal location, beautiful place

This home was one of the nicest and most organized rental homes we’ve stayed in. Everything was beautifully decorated and instructions were very well written and easy to follow. We appreciated the location- easy to get to trails and stores but tucked away enough to not feel busy. We did not use the hot tub but it looked well maintained. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in Sedona.

My husband and I with our 4 adult children spent a wonderful 4 nights in this home in Sedona. It was close to hikes, state parks, tubing, ATV rentals, restaurants and shops. The house itself is beautifully decorated with such beautiful views you almost feel guilty leaving for the day, and the hot tub felt great after a day of hiking. We would definitely stay here again if we get another chance to vacation out west. Thank you for allowing others to stay in your lovely home.

Wonderful stay at this super recent deluxe property. The shops are down the road and every hiking site within 10 minutes Dr.. A wonderful base to unwind after hitting the trails. I’ll come back in a blink.

Amazing Trip

A few friends and I celebrated our birthdays in Sedona. The house was a perfect place for a home base. We made dinner in the beautiful and well appointed kitchen the first night, and the weather was perfect to dine Al fresco. House was conveniently located, beautiful inside and had most of what we needed. I really enjoyed a nice soak in the tub after a day of hiking and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

The BEST for a girls' trip! This house was probably the nicest and the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Very spacious with 3 levels and everyone had their own bed. Everything seems to be brand new and the furnishings and decor are so warm and welcoming. The view was absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking. The location was perfect, as we were within 5-20 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go - close to several restaurants and scenic sights. Loved that each room has its own AC and the beds were comfortable. The owners/property management have thought of everything and it was fully stocked with everything we needed. Had plenty of privacy and appreciated that there weren't cameras on us all around the property. Would absolutely stay here again! Can't wait to return and would definitely stay longer than 3 nights next time to be able to enjoy the house more.

Just Fabulous!

Our stay in Sedona was incredible! The space was exquisite- the interior layout was perfect for our gathering! If you have more people staying there are plenty of places to find quiet alone space when you need them. The views are excellent from dawn to dusk and the star gazing just the best! We played pool and ping pong - hung out on the patio and chilled with movies.

Beautiful West Sedona Home

We come to Sedona 1-2 times per year and typically rent a VRBO property. This property is everything! The rooms are spacious, the finishes high end, and the balconies have beautiful views of the sunsets. We walked and biked all over West Sedona and had easy access to trails right out the door. Perfect for families or adult getaways with friends.

Great Home for our Sedona Trip

Very clean home with everything three couples needed for a week of exploring in Sedona! Great West Sedona neighborhood location, close to groceries, restaurants and trails. Private bathrooms for each bedroom was a nice feature, enjoyed the hot tub and spending time on the main deck enjoying the sun and the view. We utilized the kitchen for breakfasts and a dinner in, enjoyed having the garage space for games and working out. Would highly recommend this home.

First time in Sedona!

This place was absolutely amazing. So clean, very spacious and wonderfully decorated! It had everything you could possibly want or need including the views! Each morning we saw hot air balloons flying and the evening sunsets were breathtaking. It's proximity to food, shopping, and trail hiking was an added bonus. Side note, please add some sort of privacy screen between the neighbor's house and the hot tub area, their porch light is bright!

This management company called us hours before we were supposed to check in to let us know there was a massive leak of sorts and could no longer check in. Mind you, this leak did not seem to be an issue two days prior when I reached out to them to confirm the unit was indeed available. But I get it, stuff happens and apparently, the prior tenants who had strong animosity toward water pipes and chose to damage them. The biggest issue, however, is that this management company did basically nothing to solve the issue. They tried to send comparable units, but none were as nice as the one we paid for. When I found a similar one that we liked and that was also under their management, they would not accommodate despite them putting us in a complete bind. We were already in the area with nowhere to stay, with no leverage. The offered us a refund, but what they should have done is honored their deal by offering the alternative that better matched the original booking.

This place was perfect for our family of 7 (with 4 adult kids). The neighborhood is super quiet and well kept, and the back deck view of the red rocks is unreal—honestly looks like a painting. Watching the hot air balloons in the early morning was such a treat.The house itself is modern but still really warm and cozy, with lots of comfy spots to hang out. We loved the hot tub and game room—it made it really fun to just stay in and relax together. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the big round dining table was great for meals and long conversations.Beds were super comfortable, and we appreciated all the little extras like plenty of towels and big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in every bathroom.We stayed somewhere else for the rest of our trip and kept saying how much we missed this place. Next time, we’ll definitely just book here for the whole week.
