Great vacation

We stayed at the house for a week of summer vacation and had a great time. The house is beautiful and was well stocked. Everything was clean and ready. Communication with the owner was smooth and always answered promptly. While initially we looked to stay on the cape, the location turned out to be great as the beach is nicer and less crowded than most bay side beaches on the cape and you avoid the traffic as well. Overall we really enjoyed staying at the house and had a great vacation.

We had the most incredible stay at this Cape Cod beach house! The location alone is unbeatable—the private beach access is just steps away, making it so convenient for families with kids.The home itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything feels high-end, from the appliances to the smart systems (the in-wall vacuum was such a cool touch!). The bathrooms and showers are gorgeous, and the bunk room was an absolute dream for the kids—tons of space and so much fun. We were also amazed at how well-stocked the house is for little ones, which made traveling as a family so much easier.Our host went above and beyond—so welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. Each evening, we gathered around the fire pit on the beach, making memories that we know will last a lifetime. If you are looking to be in a quiet location with your family and avoid the cape bridge traffic - this is your place! We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back. Truly a perfect family getaway!

Why they chose this property

Having 4 children ranging in age from teen to infant we have lots of activities and events to attend to, so having a vacation home that is close enough for us to drive to on the weekends was key! We are back and forth for sporting events so not having to go over the bridge is ideal!

What makes this property unique

We rented a home on this road one summer and walked by this house being built and just loved the details of the finishes and the craftsmanship. Being able to walk out of our home onto the beach without having to carry all sorts of things was key with small children! We are able to sit on on the deck and watch them play on the beach.
