Everything was just perfect at this beautiful home. The house was spotless and elegantly decorated for an elevated beachfront experience. It was equipped with everything - linens and towels, beach chairs, floats and toys, books and games, a gourmet-cook- equipped kitchen, with three separate sinks and three fridges. Only slightly negative comment is that the ice maker in the main fridge could not keep up with us, but there were nine of us, all drinking iced drinks of many alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties! We solved the problem quickly with extra ice in a cooler.Unfortunately, the beach is nothing to write home about - very very rocky - and the approach road needs paving. But the house itself is a real stunner and should satisfy even the most discerning guest.

Our family, including teens, adult children and grandmother, enjoyed the most wonderful New Year's week vacation on Spring Hill Beach in Sandwich. We could not have asked for a more beautiful home or beachfront location. The home was spotless, solidly built, beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The beach was stunning. We could not have asked for a more wonderful family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! This home worked perfect for our family from toddlers to grandparents! There was plenty of room for the 8 adults and 2 children. The property looks just like the photos—it’s beautiful as well as comfortable. It is well stocked with plenty of towels for the bathrooms and dishes for the kitchen. The property was clean and spacious, with a beautiful common area. We especially enjoyed the deck, which looks out onto Cape Cod Bay. We sat on the deck each morning and evening and the grandchildren loved spotting the seals swimming along the coast. Would highly recommend!
