This 3 bedroom and 2 bath home has washer/dryer, wifi, cable and new hardwood floors and has been recently renovated. Master bedroom has private deck with slight water view. Large yard, outdoor shower on quiet street. Walking distance to public transit. 1 queen bed, 2 double beds and 1 twin bed. Plenty of storage. Multiple outdoor areas for seating. Seating on front porch with comfy couches and swing. Patio off kitchen for your morning coffee or cocktails. Walking distance to town, ferry, beaches and restaurants. This place is perfect for girls weekend, fishing derby, or your family get together. Close to beautiful biking paths along the water. Owner is very responsive and has added a lot of extra touches to help you enjoy your stay including beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon and beach toys. I know you will enjoy your stay at my home.

Wonderful stay on Martha's Vineyard

Perfect location! The home is within walking distance of Circuit Ave and the East chop lighthouse. Just walk 50 feet from the home for an ocean view. The owner is very responsive. It was wonderful to take our dogs with us. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Great Quiet Location Close to Town

This is a charming house within walking distance to all the amenities that Oak Bluffs has to offer. The house was clean and comfortable. There is plenty of outdoor seating (including a second floor balcony off of the master bedroom in case you need a place to quietly read a book or enjoy a cocktail by yourself). The kitchen has everything you need and extremely well-organized.

This house was absolutely perfect for a family getaway to Martha's Vineyard. This was our 6th time visiting MV with our family and this house was by far, the best house we have rented. The entire house was immaculate and comfortable for everyone. We also loved how we could bring our beloved lab with us! We loved having coffee on the deck of our choice and relaxing on the porches after the sun went down. You can walk to Circuit Ave and it's a short walk to Jetty Beach. If you rent this house, you will not be disappointed. Deb was so easy to work with and easily accessible with any questions we had. It is just perfect!

Perfect - wish we could have stayed longer!

Steps from a lovely view of Oak Bluffs harbor, this East Chop home was perfect for our recent stay on Marthas Vineyard. The home was very clean and well appointed with a cute nautical theme throughout. The kitchen was well equipped and included new appliances. Lots of extra touches made our stay even more enjoyable. A nice beach cart was available for our use and included beach chairs and umbrella. We also took advantage of bikes that were there. We especially appreciated the outdoor shower that we used often after returning from the beach. When the weather permitted we used the upstairs deck (one of the 4 outside sitting areas) to drink our morning coffee. Our cocker spaniel also enjoyed that deck - spending a lot of time watching the neighborhood squirrels. The owner was very responsive and we had no issues with communications from early inquiries about the property right through checkout. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

The best MV rental!

My husband, newborn baby, and puppy stayed here for a week and it was the perfect house! A quick walk to the beach and the main town. We loved the outdoor seating especially the balcony off the main bedroom. We would book this house every year for our annual vineyard trip!

Perfect Home in a Perfect Location!

The house has everything you need for a great stay. In a perfect location. Go left from the street and you’ll find a beach a lovely walk along the ocean. Go right and you are downtown in 5 minutes. Multiple outdoor sitting areas were a bonus! Would definitely stay here again. Debbie the host was super responsive and made the check in easy.

This one’s a winner!

Hate to share because I don’t want to have everyone competing with me to rent this property. Love the location - quiet beautiful street yet a short walk to everything. The house is lovely and very well appointed. We lacked nothing. We would love to return.

East Chop Gem!

This immaculate,welcoming and updated home is a Vineyard must. A perfect location. So easy, to walk to the beach, town and ferry. The sunny and beautiful kitchen makes entertaining a breeze. The bathrooms are pristine and gorgeous!! The owner makes every amenity possible! Beach chairs,bikes, beach toys, a great grill and luxury porches make this spot a vacation winner! Not to mention a yard! I found Deb, always to be responsive and so polite! Run, don’t walk to this wonderful vacation rental!!!!

This is a great house to host family or have a girls week away with yoga and spa or a guys week with the fishing derby. It convenient to town, Oceanview Restaurant yet in a quiet neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

2 decks, one with very slight water view. Washer/dryer; wifi; cable. Big yard for outdoor games, outdoor shower, lovely neighborhood, close to town and beach. Great grill.
