Located within Shanty Creek Resort with views of the ski hill and golf course is this 2 bed, 1 bath fully loaded condo. Sleeps 6. This space was recently remodeled and has everything you need for your stay including a wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, dining space, and deck with grill. Use the Villa Monte Pool during the summer months after golfing (club house within walking distance) or light the fire to cozy up after a day of skiing in the winter. Two other indoor pools as well as an outdoor pool are available seasonally on other areas of the property.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave used beds unmade.
Turn off air conditioning in summer.
Put all used towels in bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Unplugging or disconnecting the modem, router, or anything else connected to the Internet will result in loss of security deposit.
The only surveillance device on the property is outside of the building facing the parking area. Tampering with this camera will result in eviction.

The property was as expected and clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family of three to get away. We enjoyed 2 of the pools while we were there and nearby beaches. Close drive to Short’s!

Nice condo. Our daughter and her friend loved the bunk beds they could fit 2 people per bed comfortably. This VRBO rental has everything you need. The pools are in walking distance as well as the golf course.

This place was great! Very clean, nicely decorated, affordable, and worked perfectly for our stay. It was nice to have access to the nearby pool as well. Communication was excellent with the property owner. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again myself.

First time to Michigan Northwoods…

Great location, close to lakes and towns. Plenty of golf courses to choose from. Quiet and serene unless you have several kids above you, luck of the draw. Very clean and full kitchen with grill. Easy check-in/out. Great place to experience the Michigan Northwoods! We had a fantastic time here and would stay again!

Nice central location for traveling Up North

We liked this condo because of its location. 1 1/2 hours to Sleeping Bear Dunes, 1 1/2 hours to Mackinac, 1 hour to Traverse City and 30 min to Torch Lake. It was very clean and fit our family of 5 nicely. Kitchen was VERY well stocked. 5 minutes to grocery store. Overall great place to stay!

The space was great for my wife and I. There was an issue with the internet but Aaron communicated and it was fixed quickly. My wife and I got in town a day early so we asked if we could check in early the next day. Aaron responded quickly and allowed us to check in early. Overall, it was a wonderful tril for our anniversary.
