Just a short walk to the beach makes this a great beach getaway for couples or families. On your way you can stop at the Kooky Coconut for lunch, an awesome milkshake or a variety of snacks. With a totally new renovation in 2023, this unit is in updated, very clean and worry free condition. This cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and a great place to relax. Cold air conditioning, fresh purified water, and fast internet. Plenty of free parking. Free laundry on common area screened porch. Sorry no pets allowed. Easy refund policy. 50amp Level 2 EV car charger on site

Due to the airlines, I arrive late found the place just the way he said it would be. Everything is beautiful. This is a great place. Fantastic host!Very, very good communications. I am hoping everything works out for next year so I can rent from him again really enjoyed my week.
