Why they chose this property
We love the location of this neighborhood in the heart of Duck - we can walk or bike to most everything - the ocean, the sound, coffee shops and plenty of shopping and dining.
The house is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of beautiful trees offering privacy and shade while enjoying the outdoor spaces. Plenty of deck space with a Polywood dining set, set of rockers, rocking lounge chairs and string lights.

The Bluebird has undergone a complete renovation - we removed all of the popcorn ceilings, upgraded all of the pipes and plumbing, replaced all of the flooring, fully renovated the kitchen and all 3 bathrooms and fully furnished the house with quality furnishings.
High quality linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided during your stay. The house has been thoughtfully designed for a nice, comfortable, beautiful getaway for you and your friends and family.

- A newly built outdoor shower with a bench, hooks, adjustable shower head and a lock for privacy
- Additional TV and indoor/outdoor living space in the attached shed
- Cornhole and a portable solo stove for use during your stay
