Access to the property was really easy. It’s a newly renovated condo, so stylish and clean. Great location, short walk to Creekside gondola and anything else you might need during your stay. Love love love this Stayz

Host was no show

We booked a lodge through this host, but they were completely unresponsive. Despite multiple calls throughout the day, we never received any response. Our check-in time came and went, and over an hour after our stay was supposed to begin (around 5 PM), we received a notification that the reservation had been canceled—without any explanation or communication from the host. Thankfully, Vrbo helped us find an alternative for the night, but this experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Would not recommend booking with this host.
