The guest bedroom features a queen bed, closet storage and hallway bath access.

1st time in the Keys

The property was perfectly situated on the water in a quite community. For landlubbers from Missouri, the deck looking over the water was definitely the highlight. So peaceful. The house suited our needs completely but there were several small oversights that could have been easily fixed. Venture Out charges a $125 registration fee upon arrival paid via cash or cc only. There is no boat trailer parking and the overflow lot for a 2nd vehicle is not guaranteed and is first come first serve and may not be reserved in advance. Starting April 1st, AT&T will begin Operation Fiberoptic VO. Three teams will swarm the park in multiple locations. Please make sure your renters are aware that there will be park-wide construction. Potholes, noise, & wifi outage will be the norm. for 4-6 weeks, while they bring us up to date. Due to ongoing upgrades inside the association some of the amenities may not be available during your stay and there maybe some interruption in electric service as repairs are made. Please contact prior to booking for approx. closure/repair dates.
