Nuestro condominio frente al mar descansa en la esquina suroeste altamente deseable de la torre, la mayoría de cada habitación tiene una vista del Golfo con acceso al balcón de gran tamaño, el condominio se completa con una cama de matrimonio, cocina totalmente equipada, ropa de cama surtidas y toallas de playa, Wi-Fi , Smart TV de alta definición, sillas de playa, y mucho más !! El South Seas Club de Marco Island es una comunidad cerrada empapado sol que ofrece acceso privado a la playa, pistas de tenis, un gimnasio, una gran piscina comunitaria con cabañas chickee y lavar las estaciones, muelles del barco, y maravillosas puestas de sol !! Perfect stay

Property was just as described. Read the reviews and look at the pictures and you shouldn’t be surprised about the longish walk to the beach. Condo was clean and had everything needed.

THE PENTHOUSE

Overall, my stay was satisfactory. The property staff's politeness was inconsistent. Managing all the keys was outdated and somewhat challenging, especially with four of us needing access at differennt times. However, the unit itself was excellent.

Over the top amazing!

We’ve stayed at a lot of really nice places and this one is at the top. There was no expense spared in the remodel of this condo, everything is perfectly new. The decor is beautiful! Fun things like automated lighting, automated blinds and automated toilet in master. View is unbelievable with full expanse of the beach and sunsets at night. We enjoyed the pool 2 days and used the beach equipment for other days. Secured and gated community, easy parking and everyone is really nice even the full time residents were really kind. Highly recommend - we’d come back again

The Penthouse

Beautiful, very well-appointed condo! Amazing views! Loved all the amenities. Very high tech. Everything you needed in the kitchen for any kind of cooking. We loved watching the sunrise in the morning, and the sunsets in the evening-you get the best of both worlds. Also enjoyed the binoculars to watch the birds in the small pond below the condo. Great week in a beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo - but...

The condo is high end and meticulously appointed. Fancy toilet, bluetooth speakers, everything you need in a kitchen and a lot more, fancy facets, great beach chairs, wagon and umbrella, remote controlled shades, well designed and appointed. A few things we wished were different were; it needs two king sized beds. This isn’t a property to take kids so your renters are prob like us - 2 couples. With all the upgrades, consider doing a short video of how to utilize your upgrades to make the experience even better and share it w your guests. We “found” some accidentally and learned of others while chatting w mgmt group a few days in. It has a facet that shoots out water or carbonated water. It has a garlic press, this place has everything. Including a great view. Oh. It is quiet too since you are on the top floor. Now let’s talk about the complex. There are tons of rules here. You can tell the board of directors doesn’t want families based on the rules. There is no life guard but there is a “Rules Police” who walks around and tell you what you are doing wrong. No food in the pool area. No drinks can be in the pool or around the pool. Pool closes at dusk. No music at pool. The pool is an oasis for the prop owners who have been there for decades and they want “their pool” the way they like it. Especially without kids (we didn’t bring ours). The ocean is prob 500 yards from the complex. Fine for us since there was a wagon provided but lugging your kids to the beach would be a chore. The beach is beautiful with lots of shells and it is very clean and wasn’t very crowded. Back to the complex. You’d think each unit would have a washer and drier. And, you’d think the washer and driers on the floor would be free. Both are not true. Having to pay for a washer and drier and having to wash all your towels from the week or get a $25 fine is excessive. We paid a lot for this condo. Nickel and dimming us for laundry is not necessary. The room should come w a pre-paid card. Oh, don’t forget the $50 charge to park. One more thing, you have to drive through a small guard gate to get into the complex. This is your first impression and these people are not friendly, don’t provide much info and show their “friendliness” when a car is in the wrong lane. Again, the condo is amazing. The view is superb. The culture in the pool is based on making rules for 40 years based on “one situation happening every 5 yrs so we need to make a new rule” mentality.

Fabulous Condo on Marco

This was perhaps the nicest condo I have ever stayed in. Everything was top of the line from glassware, china, kitchen equipment, decor, furniture, bedding, linens, and so forth. They even has flashlights in the nightstands and umbrellas by the front door . The view was to die for. I was concerned because there was no washer/dryer in the unit but laundry was very close by and I never ran into another soul. It was easy out to the pool, the beach, the workout room, and the parking. The Marco Escapes Group was wonderful to work with. They went out of their way to make our stay totally enjoyable. If I could, I would give this unit and the Marco Escape folks 6 stars.
