SeaGlass Villa 810 has a beautiful newly expanded private garden that is exclusively for your own private use. The garden includes a shade cover, a fenced perimeter, a locking gate, gas powered fire pit, all-new landscaping, and synthetic grass lawn. The garden is not private in terms of visibility from resort guests, but the fencing makes it clear the space is reserved for your exclusive use. There is plenty of room for children to play within the safety of your own yard as the garden comprises at least 1,000 square feet of exclusive outdoor living space. It's a true sanctuary for unwinding or hosting in style and the cascading water feature provides calming ambiance. 810 offers walk-in access and walk-out access too! The swimming pools and dining facilities are just steps away through your own private garden gate.

The villa's primary suite offers a king bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The second bedroom also features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with luxury finishes. A third bedroom includes two queen beds and its own en-suite bathroom. An additional full shower bathroom is conveniently located off the main living area.

Each individually themed room is decorated with modern furnishings that are both comfortable and high-style at the same time. Sea glass accents appear throughout the villa in beautiful shades of turquoise, aqua, seafood, mint and teal. Ultra-thin true HD Samsung televisions are cleanly wall-mounted in every room along with HD cable boxes and complimentary Netflix.

Plush pillow top mattresses, down pillows, down comforters and high thread count all-cotton bedding will tempt you to stay in bed all day. Extra pillows and blankets are pre-stocked in the closets. The bathrooms are loaded with thick soft all-cotton towels, hair dryer, make-up mirror, bathrobes, and a bath scale. Tropical theme toiletries are offered in oversized bottles - an eco-friendly gesture.

- SeaGlass Villa 810 is located in front of a swimming pool used by all guests. It is on the ground level. Resort guests can walk by the villa and may be able to see into the garden area or the great room. This is an ideal home for people who enjoy being "where the action is". The outdoor patio is now fenced and surrounded by mature landscaping which was installed for your privacy.
- Upon arrival and registration, for each reservation a one-time visitor arrival fee of $150 plus tax and a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax per night is charged and collected directly by Andaz Maui's front desk .
- There is no self-parking at Andaz Maui. Guests use Valet Parking for which a daily parking fee applies per vehicle. The charge is $50/day+tax per vehicle.
- Maximum occupancy is for 8 guests using existing bedding. There is no sofa bed. Bedding is King Bed, King Bed and 2 Queen Beds. Guests may request to rent extra beds for up to eight guests over the age of two years of age.
- The villa is located steps to Mokapu Beach on the opposite side of the resort with respect to the resort's porte cochere location. For convenience a resort valet may be available to drive guest, in guest's own vehicle or in an Andaz cart, to the lobby area of the villa building if guests wish.
- All guests, by placing a reservation, agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Andaz Maui House Rules and Condominium Association "Documents".
- Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort promotes a relaxed luxury environment with restrained upbeat social energy. Ambient audible living noises including, but not limited to, public space background music, fragments of conversation, cascading water and live music may be audible from exterior locations. Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort hosts a luau "The Feast at Mokapu", typically on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings, which can be enjoyed from the villa's patio. Occasionally, Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort hosts outdoor or indoor private events. Peaceful enjoyment of the ocean and resort views from inside SeaGlass 810 with doors closed is reasonably assured due to the villa's modern and superior construction.
- Poolside lounge chairs are available for guest use on a first come, first serve basis. Cabanas are available for rent by reservation.
- Andaz management mandates DAILY maintenance of the warm dip pool by Andaz resort staff.
