•Dining Room: The large farmhouse style table is the perfect hub for dining, playing games, enjoying music, and sipping well-garnished cocktails from the seasonal herb garden.

-Upstairs:
--Master bedroom with one queen bed, one full bed, and AC.
--Two additional bedrooms, 1 bedroom with full bed and 1 bedroom with queen, both have AC.
-Downstairs:
--One bedroom with a queen bed and air purifier (doubles as white noise).
--Captain Quarters bunk room with two twin beds and a smart TV (and ceiling fan)
--Plus, a blow-up queen mattress is available for 2 additional guests upon request.

Bathrooms:
•Upstairs: Newly renovated with a walk-in shower, custom marble tile work, and a jacuzzi spa bathtub complete with bath salts and other spa amenities.
•Downstairs: Spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring both rain style and handheld shower heads, and a double sink vanity.

•Private Backyard: Partially fenced and ready for festivities with a shaded Tiki Bar area, fire pit, comfy furniture/seating for all, yard games for adults and kids, and a pet tie-out

•Front Porch: Large shaded porch faces the quiet street and woods leading down to the river. Great for spotting wildlife, and bikes and golf carts cruising between downtown and 5th Avenue beach. Also includes a ramp up to the front door.
