Whether you walk 10 minutes to the Mickey and Friends FREE tram that takes you to the front gates of the park, or 15 minutes to Downtown Disney, you just can’t beat the location. Enjoy quiet, hassle free, “backstage” access to the wonderful world of Disney and all the nearby shops and entertainment, right within walking distance of our home.

+ Max Occupancy - 9 individuals including infants (6 adults max) - Adding guest(s) after initial booking incurs additional guest fee
+ Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights
+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX. 1 private single car garage (will fit a minivan) and 1 assigned parking space ONLY. No other parking available within the HOA. Passenger Vans, RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
+ Pool - 6 guests max at one time, strictly enforced by HOA. No unregulated flotation devices, pool toys, etc allowed.
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage/game rooms etc) are off limits during this time.
+ Guests must comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay.
+ Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+You must be 25 years old or older to book with us.
+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.
+For the convenience and security of the Guest, Funtierland also accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments but reserves the right to charge a 3.95% convenience fee. No convenience fees are incurred for payment via paper check, e-check, or ACH in US Funds.
+All rentals booked/paid for within 30 days of arrival:
Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.

Outdoor Security Camera(s): Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. One faces the backyard and the other faces the driveway. Cameras are not actively monitored but do send electronic notifications to Funtierland personnel for potential follow up with Guest if the cameras detect activity between approximately 10pm – 9am in alignment with Anaheim's city mandated Quiet Time Hours / Ordinance. Cameras may also monitor parking compliance including but not limited to confirming that no vehicles encroach upon or park over the sidewalk in any way, or illegally park on the street without a Funtierland provided parking permit. Please note the use of the property and all amenities are at your own risk whether or not security cameras are present.

Will never stay here again. Place had cockroaches the size of my palm both alive and dead with visible roach droppings. Bathrooms look good in the photos but are in very rough condition. Bathroom in the master bedroom was in the worst shape sending us to all use the other shower which requires acrobatics to rinse your head if you are above 5’3. I frequently stay at short term rentals and have never had to sign so much paperwork. Genuinely don’t know how this place has such good reviews. I would expect more from a motel. But don’t worry, they left a sign out asking for a tip.

10 minute walk to Disneyland

King bed and Two bunks with trundles for a total 7 beds. Plenty of space for a family. Close enough to see the fireworks over Disneyland

A different experience

The house was nice enough; there are some quirks like doors that slam shut on their own and the bunk bed is really low. I would recommend a couple of door stops be added. Obvious damage in the main bathroom from the door was present before we got there and wasy to understand its cause. Also, recommend providing kleenex! My main issue with this property was the rental process and rules. They had, what they called, "a strict noise curfew " that apparently did not apply to the neighbors. The next door dog barked throughout the night and the car road noise was a little annoying. In addition, this was not the property I originally rented and had to move due to some crazy rules. I've never had to sign such a ridiculous contract to rent a VRBO. On the positive, the other beds were comfortable and the house is fairly close to the Disney park, but not Universal! Overall I would say this property is a 3 out of 5. I travel quite a bit and all over the world, this was, like I said, a different experience!

Wonderful location; great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at the tron property. It's well appointed and very clean. And the location couldn't be better!! I have nothing but praise for every single person i talked to that work for funtierland. Very responsive and i felt like they really cared about our experience. Good communications and easy to check in and out. The upstairs bathtub could use a little sprucing up, but it's clean, and in a nice neighborhood, and we would absolutely stay here again!!!

Nice place within walking distance to Disney

Overall a nice place to stay. Was actually a little smaller than expected but still worked well with our group of 6 adults—especially since we were at the parks the majority of the time. A little problem with the door code when we got there but was resolved within just a couple of minutes. Garage door remote was missing and found out that the previous guests accidentally took it with them. Luckily, there was a second spot that we could park but it was outside. All communications with the hosts was prompt, friendly and helpful!!! This place is definitely within walking distance to the parks and Downtown Disney even after 10-12 hours at the parks. We did use the tram one time that takes you to the parking structure and that worked out well as well.

Funtierland stay

The house was clean and a perfect size for our family. The accommodations for infants and children were excellent! The managers responded quickly to any request or questions we had! They went above and beyond to help with anything we needed! We felt safe and the area was quiet. It was a short walk to the Disney tram so we could get there first thing in the morning!

I've traveled in quite a few vacation rental over the years and honnestly never had a check-in process that clear and complete. All inside and App! The property was clean and had everything we needed for our little family from baby gate, high chair and stroller. Communication during our stay was simple and fast. The management were really comprehensive for our needs and helped us to make our family vacation the best it could be! Would recommend and book again without a doubt!

The perfect place!

This property was ideal for our family. Shari the property manager was above and beyond and helped me with some needs. She was completely accessible and helped make our stay perfect. Would definitely recommend. Only suggestion would be a retractable baby gate at the base of the stair, we had a crawling infant that only wanted to play in stairs.

We enjoyed the property. Overall clean and comfortable. Walls and baseboards coild use a good cleaning but otherwise was cleaned well. Beds were comfortable. The walk to downtown disney was about 10 min and easy to navigate. I would stay here again.
