This cozy condo has a sleeper sofa in living room with large screen tv, nice intertainment center, seperate dining area and breakfast bar with fully appointed kitchen. Cute place. Tennis courts, Weber Bbq, pool, cutlery was the draw for me.

The owners are very nice people and very accomodating. Everything went smooth right from the start. I frequent the valley once a year for the past 10 years and i would rent this place again. Its got everything i need for a month or two.

Art and his wife, we found most amenable and enjoyed time we spent with them. The unit is well equipped and Art (the owner) is constantly upgrading the facility. We enjoyed the location; very convenient and quiet. Art provided a 'picker' for the oranges and grapefruits growing on the property. He also had a tennis racket and items for the pools. Very thoughtful. If there was anything we needed, he was just a phone call away.

Mountain View Villa

Our unit was a well equipped unit, that made the move in easy. Its older but well maintained. We enjoyed the quiet location after being busy all day. We went for our hikes in the mornings and enjoyed a quiet afternoon by the pool. Loved all the fruit available. Owner had left us a long list of restaurants, hikes and things to do, saving us some time having to find all the information. Close to public golf course that we also enjoyed. The location in Rancho Mirage was also very good to get to main roads etc quickly.

Do Not Understand Review Title, Address?

The Location was correct. Photos of listing were accurate, more so than thought! choice of colors are rather dark. The stite ammenities were very good. Property was clean but poorly maintained, a little TLC tender loving care would greatly improve the property. The owner was very helpful. We have recommended the property to friends who visited. We would recommend The Palm Resturate 111. The Joslyn Seniors Centre, we lawn bowl, and The 1st Tee golf course. In all fairness it is good value for the price.

Not so clean condo

The owner said condo was emaculate. We found it not so. Had to scrub floors, wash windows & blinds & clean the bathroom behind the toilet as I don't think it was ever cleaned. Had to fix outside light cord as it started to arc when plugged in. Had to tape kitchen sink drain as it was leaking and made a mess under the sink. Will not rent there again!!!

Owner's Response: The condo is professionally cleaned after each rental and a repair man is on call at all times. I would hope that when a renter stays at my condo they will feel comfortable enough to call me if any problems arise, if any repairs need to be completed, and if the condo needs any extra cleaning. As you can see from my previous renters reviews when a call was made I responded immediately and took care of my renters needs. I am sorry the newly grouted floors were perceived to be dirty. My tile floors had a newly grey grout in between them and require no need to be washed with ammonia. Due to the floor being cleaned with ammonia my grout had been removed, so I have had the grout replaced and the floor newly sealed. I am constantly adding new things to the condo to make my renter's stay pleasurable. There is a brand new Weber gas BBQ, new blue carpet in the bedroom, new LED outside umbrella, and recreational items for pool and tennis courts.

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
