Beautiful fully stocked house with everything you need. Amazing amount of space with plenty of bedrooms without skimping on the common areas. Location is perfect, near everything but yet a little to the side for privacy and quietness. Host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Overall A

Great location and a terrific layout. Perfect for our family of 15, including five grandchildren (ages 2-10), for whom the playground, ice rink, and easy hiking trails just across the street were real perks. The only thing we had a little problem with was getting the full trash cans in the garage picked up as soon as they should have been (which was supposed to be at least once weekly), but after several requests, someone eventually (on the ninth day) did come and get them. We were there in July, so I’m sure it was just an especially busy time for the management and maintenance team. We loved the house and would definitely go back.

Amazing Mountain Retreat!

We had an amazing stay! The location was ideal – close to the Troll, Sledding Hill, Downtown, and the ski slopes. The house was stunning, cozy, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home.The host's communication was outstanding, ensuring a seamless experience. Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

We had a great time and everyone was very comfortable. We enjoyed the accommodations. We'd love to book next September for the Breckenridge Octoberfest weekend. Please let us know when we can book for 2026. (PS. I signed up as a LocalVR VIP as well.) Thanks.

Summer vacation

Very nice place!!! We had 15 and still had extra bed space. Big open kitchen/living area. Location was great. Walking distance from Main Street (although it’s uphill coming back). A railroad park for the kids right across the street. Things were supplied that normally aren’t - shampoo, lotion, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels. Lots of board games, some puzzles, lots of books (also kids books). We had a wonderful week!
